Great location, clean, quiet, comfortable. Nice view over the beautiful garden from the room. Safe parking at the hotel, for free.

Terrible taste and quality of the coffee at breakfast!! Very limited choice (a bit left-over food impression) of the breakfast.

Perfect location: within 15 minute walk of the Kronberg Castle, SchlossHotel Kronberg and old town. The hotel rooms were spacious and quiet.

All in all, a good hotel if you know what to expect.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff friendly although no staff on duty between 7pm and 7am. Great location in Kronberg.

No A/C and the room was warm located on the top floor.

Good for an overnight stay on a business trip.

Breakfast was OK. In general everything was ok but it was not at the level of a 4star hotel. I would say more like a 3star hotel. However Bed was really good. I had my room at the quiet side of the hotel. So it was a good night sleep. I had some spider nets hanging from the ceiling and in the corner of the windows.

Dog friendly, they even prepared a dog bed, water and cookies for my dog. Very good location, quiet, next to a big park and not far from the restaurants. Room is big and warm. Hotel stuffs are very friendly.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful reception staff.

Wifi speed poor; bottle of water on arrival but not on subsequent days of stay; lack of a restaurant. We stayed in a suite, normally in a similar category room at a 4* hotel one would expect dressing gown as standard!
