appartement très bien situé dans le centre de Rennes - accès facile à pied ou en bus depuis la gare - petite rue animée le soir mais coté cour donc au calme - très propre et bien agencé - propriétaire très agréable , facile à contacter et à l 'écoute - aucune hésitation à retrouver ce logement si je retourne à Rennes

Very good place in the historical center, on a lively road. The apartment is quite rustic and lovely. I liked it.
The bedroom is not separated and the bed is really short. My feet were completely in the air. In addition the pillows are too bid and not comfortable.

C'était mon deuxième séjour dans cet appartement. Je le trouve très agréable avec un cachet de l'ancien bien agréable, haut sous-plafond et en plein quartier historique de Rennes. Les échanges avec la propriétaires sont très cordiaux et efficaces.
Attention aux plus grands, l'entrée dans la cuisine est un peu basse, il faut prendre garde à sa tête. 😉

La pièce principale est très agréable par son volume, avec belle surface ainsi que belle hauteur sous plafond. Un cachet de l’ancien indéniable et singulier. Le fait d’être dans le deuxième immeuble sur cours masque les éventuels bruits de la rue. La relation avec la propriétaire a été fluide et agréable.
Le passage entre la pièce principale et la cuisine est très bas. Il faut faire attention sous peine de se cogner la tête, ce qui m’est arrivé plusieurs fois. Un molleton ou un élément de protection ne serait pas inutile.
