Situated on the first floor (no lift), this flat comprises a living area, an open-plan kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

- A dining area seating 4 people
- A living room with a single sofa bed, television and wardrobe
- A master bedroom with a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with a shower adjoining the bedroom (separate toilet)
For maximum comfort, a fan is available in the accommodation.
The flat is ideally situated in the very heart of Rennes, close to the Couvent des Jacobins, Place Hoche and one of the city’s main shopping streets. This property is perfectly situated on the courtyard side of a quiet pedestrianised street, despite its central location. With three different sleeping arrangements available, it can comfortably accommodate four people.
Transport:
If you’re coming by car, the Hoche car park (paid) is less than a 5-minute walk away.
- Buses and the metro are less than a 5-minute walk away. The nearest station is Sainte-Anne, a few stops from Gares station (a 5-minute journey by metro).
