Everything. Stayed with my husband and our labrador dog. Really lovely caravan. Spotlessly clean and very well stocked with everything you could need. Loved the hot tub and the shower. Outdoor area is lovely and we'd visit again in the summer to fully enjoy the seating area. Perfectly located on site for nice 10 minute dog walk to the bar. Bar was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great communication for easy check in

Nothing really. Can't fault the accommodation at all and we would return. Think the site could benefit from having a convenience store as the nearest shop is shilbottle. The site is pretty big so we were surprised that there was nowhere to buy any groceries as Swarland doesn't have a store either......I forgot to pack milk and tonic water! I'll just pack better next time!

Beautiful lodge, in peaceful location on country park. Fabulous hot tub. Bed very comfortable.

Nothing negative to say about anything but a pizza cutter would be useful 😃

Hot tub was great

The cleanliness of the property wasn’t great. Mould on the blinds and curtains. Floor was dirty with crumbs on floor and around the bin area. Floor got wet with condensation and I had to buy a mop. Once bought and used there was thick black dirt that came up from bedrooms and kitchen! A mop would have been handy for when coming in from hot tub. The outside area needed a bit of TLC veranda was dirty and had fallen debris. Also outside furniture seats were soaking wet needs a little outdoor box to put them in to keep them dry. Both gas bottles ran out and we had no heating during the night and until 9am next morning which wasn’t ideal with two small children. Room temp got to 13c and could see breath out of our mouths. The owner managed to get it sorted as soon as I let him know but took a couple hours from 7am-9am as had to wait for the site man to be available.
