Barnston Lodge

Its a lovely lodge, clean and hot tub was fab, can bluetooth music to it which my kids loved.

Nothing against the lodge... but the site has nothing to do and the restaurant is very expensive and a long walk away.

Great location for exploring the fantastic county of Northumberland! Also very clean and well equipped. Some of the reviews made it sound like it was a risk booking this place but I can say the decking is fixed and the hot tub was immaculately cleaned with crystal clear water! Our 2 year old daughter loved the views of the stars from the decking on a night it was very clear.

Bathroom door was temperamental but aside from that nothing at all

Was lovely clean and felt at home. Would definitely stay again. Wonderful location kids loved walking through the forest.

Front porch broken railing unsafe kitchen window doesn’t close properly Not enough cutlery in kitchen to eat as a family plastic isn’t appropriate Not clean on arrival bathroom mirror filthy and someone else’s dirty tooth brush left in cupboard Only half of hot tub jets work Light hanging off around hot tub with wires exposed Postcode takes you to the wrong place Single bedroom light doesn’t work Kitchen light flickers on and off as it pleases Flooring is in need of updating
