Thank you for the prosecco and crisps was a lovely welcome for my daughters and I. Very cosy. Loved that we weren’t overlooked in the hot tub.
Not a fault of the owners but would have been easy to have a shop

Location
The 2 sofas in the main area were well used badly worn.
The Netflix app on smart TV did not work as the icons with the names of others were locked and couldn't add another icon with my 4 digest number and tried iplayer, prime, etc all did not work.
Internet was OK but intermittent.
Mark's on radiators and walls
The main door to enter lodge was OK but the door going out onto the decking area and hot was not in use a polite notice sayiing do not use this door.
Photos on booking.com need to be updated as now there is no blinds on windows

Comfortable beds, big shower and normal cooker.
Bubbles in the hot tub didn't work and over looks the 12th tee of the golf course so don't open the curtains naked. Quite an uphill walk to the local pub one way or very long walk around the edge of golf course.

A nice clean property in an amazing location to explore beautiful Northumberland. A well equipped kitchen.
The beds and the settees are very uncomfortable. If they were sorted out this place would be perfect. It’s true what the other reviews said about the flies and other insects around the hot tub but that’s hardly the fault of the owners. Sometimes you can’t go in it at all, there are literally swarms of them, other times it’s fine.
