Tigers Wood - 2 bed hot tub lodge with free golf, NO BUGGY

We really like the location. We have stayed at the park a number of times and always enjoy our stay. The hot tub was really nice and also nice and private and the welcome hamper was a lovely touch.

Hate being massively critical when the stay was generally really enjoyable but to be constructive 2 things that could be improved on are… - The bedroom curtains… They are pretty much useless when it comes to blocking out light. We visited in early July and were woken at 5:30 because the room was fully illuminated. - The sofas… They were really uncomfortable and could definitely be upgraded.

2 toilets was nice for the property type. The hot tub was a nice addition which created a more luxurious atmosphere in the evening. Good location straight off the A1!

Shower was a little difficult to control the temperature.

The location was amazing, the property itself was comfy clean and welcoming.

The only thing I would say is that the hot tub doesn’t appear to work fully, a lot of the jets were not working at all but it was still nice.

Location was great and having a hot tub great however first night was a let down! Few home touches were nice, Christmas tree, towels Provided, Bottle Prosecco and crisps, nice touch.

It could have been thoroughly cleaned more, We had 2 young kids and found 2 vapes, one being in doors under settee, when we extended bit of settee out and the other outside around hot tub, hot tub not cleaned at all, had bits floating, empty cans, what we assumed looked like drug paraphernalia(ballon’s) We complained straight away and someone was out in the morning to sort it which was good. Tv had no cable when arrived had to ask them to send a cable through which they did. Second night when everything was fixed we enjoyed much better. Think they need thorough checking it before allowing people in. Lights around caravan hardly worked only couple so very dark Husband works away and this was the start of our festive weekend just a bit of a let down!
