Pheasant's Hollow - 2 bed hot tub lodge with free golf, NO BUGGY

We initially booked this lodge because of the hot tub, it delivered what we hoped, temp was perfect.. big enough to chill out… very peaceful surroundings while in the tub. Grateful for the tea coffee sugar saved us buying some.. the Prosecco and crisps were a lovely touch too! The lodge was modern.. clean bright… The massive tv on the wall with Netflix and other apps helped us to relax on a night time very handy.

Being an honest review I would have to say the double bed the mattress felt uncomfortable also the settee felt hard the arm rests.

Location was great, very easy to access the coast and amazing beaches. Very pet friendly site, and the park was a hit with all three kids. Accommodation was clean, tidy, with enough space for 5. Hot tub was always hot and very private.

Everything was absolutely fantastic, I’ve seen reviews from other people complaining about things that no one should complain about, the sofas were absolutely great, the bedrooms were great, clean and well prepared, the hot tub was ready for us and a fully equipped kitchen, a few bits of the trees fell onto the hot tub but that’s absolutely fine, that’s nature and nothing at all to complain about, outside seating area was great and the hot tub was absolutely amazing. It’s very very peaceful and next to some great locations, seahouses, bamburgh, amble and beadnell.. all amazing. If people want to listen to music etc then take a little speaker, it’s that simple, nothing to complain about from us guys, amazing time and we will be returning!

The hot tub was good & liked that it was covered

The sofas were not comfy & as it was for 6 people it wasn't even good enough sleep on. The pillows are old & hard, 1 is nearly falling apart. Caters for 6 but had to go out buy cutlery as only 4 forks, 4 knives but 6 spoons. Had to buy scissors as couldn't open meal items as none there. Hot tub but yep no mop to clean up water coming in & out. No surface cleaner to clean up after ourselves. No dust pan n brush to brush up when kids make mess. Outdoor furniture is not suitable sit on with white clothing, trust me on this, it's dirty & marked. Got disturbed daily for hot tub, twice whilst in it. Cleaner did not do a good job as was dusty in places & cake crumbs from previous people. Could be picky & say needs coffee table & lamp in living room but won't. We got this as bad health limits us going out but would not stay in again as expected more comfort. The bedding on double bed did not smell fresh, but yet bedding on single beds did. Had to put own duvet cover on bedding for fold out bed. However as it was so uncomfortable half my family went home, not happy bout that. Extremely basic & cleanliness I would rather as 5, even cooker knobs were greasy. 1 ring wouldn't light & there is no lighter so could not light it.
