Warm cosy relaxing

How warm cosy and welcoming. Heating was on when we arrived and music on tv it just looked so welcoming had everything you need such a lovely location quiet and peaceful would definitely go back.

Was abit dark round hot tub on the night could do with abit more lighting also maybe somewhere to hang coats hooks on bedroom doors maybe or on passage wall.

It's 2nd time we've been it's just like home from home. Hot tub wonderful, quiet, lovely equipped kitchen, comfy beds, warm n cosy. Perfect!

Clean and comfortable and made the best use of the lovely hot tub.

Broken kettle switch had been repaired with plastercine, when reported was promptly replaced. Broken wine glass had been put on shelf. Broken metal bracket on sofa bed made it impossible to use so two guests had to sleep on floor. This was not ideal. Probably not reported by previous customers.

Trouble getting keys and contacting owner Needed a good clean No hot water on kitchen sink No cold water in bathroom , nearly got scalded in shower Couldn't use out door area or hot tub until 9pm due to wasps nest on top of lodge at rear decking area

It served a purpose and was big enough for us to have a family get together I but wouldn’t come back.

The hot tub was nice and seemed clean. The view into the woods was pretty. Enough seating in the living room and good sized dining table. Double bed and linens were comfy, towels were good quality. Lots of storage space.

The shower was scalding hot. My young daughter couldn’t have a bath the 4 nights we were there. Whatever mop you use needs changing as it leaves a urine smell upon entry. Smells a bit doggy in the living room. En-suite sink still blocked even after you came out to fix it. Lots of wasps but not much you can do about that. Single beds not very comfy, I think the springs had gone in them.

Lovely, quiet location. You can step off the balcony straight into the hot tub. Loved the hedgehog lamps!

Needs some repairs, the main ones were the shower (scalding hot all the time!) En suite bathroom door stuck and the hot tap in the kitchen only trickled out.

Still a decent stay, just shame about lack of attention to small things

Nice lodge on a decent park, very clean apart from what looked like a hairball underneath one of the beds

Hot tub could do with a service, some jets not working, weeds and nettles around paving stones at hot tub, outside of lodge could do with a clean, paid for wi- fi, shouldn't have bothered, couldn't connect to anything , some kind of hair ball under bed, messaged on booking.com but got no reply. Light bulb missing in light in sitting area, screw sticking out of decking area near hot tub which my husband had to knock back in

Lodge was lovely. In a lovely spot. Hot tub was amazing. Plenty of storage space. Everything you need a for a lovely get a away.

The door to the en-suite toilet would not open from inside. Found this out the hard way. Thankfully, my husband was not in the hot tub, so was able to rescue me.

Worst booking in my life

Nothing at all.

Firstly the host does not respond to messages or answer calls. Very very bad communication. I had to get all my questions answered through booking.com when an agent contacted him. Secondly the day I arrived they whole lodge, windows, fridge, microwave, beds, walls, doors literally everything is infested with bugs. The bugs were on mine and my kids clothes and the hot tub was full of them too. The pathway leading up to the hot tub was difficult as the weeds were extremely overgrown. For a lodge you paying £ 270 for 1 night, it should be in pristine condition. Then it gets better, he accuses me of not putting the keys back and also I have no idea if I am to get my money back as he is blaming the weather for the bugs.

Lodge excellent, grounds poor

Lodge was superb,

externally needs some tlc ie weeds, nettles, grass not cut. The site needs ground care and the children’s play area while excellent play equipment was dangerous with exposed trip risk webbing.

- upon arrival we opened the door and smell was of sick/diaherra on the toilet from previous guests - the main bedroom partner got stuck in the door needs fixing - the kitchen cookware ie trays and pans was dirty - the cooking utensils was dirty had to be washed before use - strip of cupboard coming away - fire place coming away - so many rules ( understand but felt like the military with asking car registrations etc ) - the sink in main bedroom doesn't drain properly - bedding we found to have hairs on - place needed a good deep clean! The main issue was when we had the problem of the toilet we was ringing both numbers and no answer at all to acknowledge us as guests with an issue! And they just sent a cleaner which if they had spoke to us I had to clean it.. 1. Because we had children 2. The smell was that bad even with windows open i couldn't stand it any longer.

Nice lodge in a good location.

Lovely lodge which was clean and well equipped. The site is small but has all needed and is a lovely, tranquil and relaxed place to be. Good location for trips out.

The hot tub would benefit from a little pull out gate so that dogs/ little people aren't tempted to walk across it and either end up in it / fall off the edge. The sofa bed needs a refresh as it was very uncomfortable and made sleeping very difficult.

Hot tub being the main reason we booked was out of service. Owner said we could book another stay then ignored my messages when we got home so I've had to log a complain with booking.com Alot of money to pay for just an overnight stay in a lodge without a hot tub!

Host provided entrance information and had great snacks ready for our visit. The home was very clean and comfortable for our one night stay

We could not get the laundry or dishwasher to work. And the local pub for breakfast was not open as expected.

We booked this as a last minute trip we were met by the host who gave us a few extras which was a nice touch

Could maybe do with a refresh : tidy up , decking area bit rundown and in need of a clean kitchen equipment and sofa outdated also the park has a sewage leak about 50 metres from the cabin nothing to do with the host but still leaves a poor smell

Great you could go to Felmoor Park.

Railings gave way, friend hurt her ankle, neck and still in pain with ankle . large items left to look at Inc old hot tub cover. Image of hot tub on website is different, hottub is next to decking with handles fastened to railings.
