Hot Tub Lodge, Panoramic Views & Free Golf, Dog Friendly

Good open views, good TV , comfortable sofa. 2 bathrooms. The country park had good dog walking provision and was very clean .

Cooker needs attention as knobs didn’t appear to be in the right position, it was difficult to work even with the instructions. Kitchen utensils-pots and pans were greasy and very worn, with surfaces pitted and peeling. Would benefit from an electric kettle and some new pots. Hot tub didn’t feel hot even though we had the temperature checked. Only one bed was made up for our stay and the other bedroom had a stale smell of cigarettes. The lodge is no smoking. The privacy screens on the veranda were broken and 2 lamps on the banister were damaged and loose.

Club house too far away and tatty old golf buggies outside of Lodge. Needs some tlc on the outside deck area as furniture a bit shabby. And lights missing or falling off on fence posts.

Couldn't get the heating to stay on even though I followed instructions fridge was at 4 wouldn't go any lower so it felt warm freezer didn't work and it kept rattling every so often and this was all day and all night the frozen food we took up all defrosted luckily didn't take a great deal wine cooler warm couldn't lower temp outside lighting not great
