The hot tub was unreal, the place was set out beautifully and felt really cosy, my first holiday with my daughter and we really enjoyed it, would defo be back
the only issue was the bed was a little bit uncomfortable but other than that everything was perfect and we really enjoyed it

Location, peaceful and quiet. Close to coast and ciuntry golf club.
Owner responsive to help fix wireless broadband and broken door lock issues.
Sofa was uncomfortable. Rock hard either end.
Some stains on sofa and lounge carpet. Van felt tired compared to the photos, inside and out.
Lack of saucepans with lids.
Hot tub cover kept blowing off and didn't keep the water warm.
Outside shower didn't work, for hot tub use.
Outdoor space was covered in weeds.

Location of this caravan was perfect for us, lots of dog friendly walks close by quiet location. Property was cleaner than i expected being pet friendly, everything you needed for a perfect break away.

Percy wood is always a great place to stay. Peaceful and quiet and the caravan was close to the clubhouse.
Bed was really comfy and provided with towels etc while there.
Hot tub was lovely.
Bathroom shower didn’t work properly
Bedroom window was broken so couldn’t open it
Shower outside didn’t work
Sofa was covered in stains and very uncomfortable.
Floor carpet also had stains
I’m aware it’s pet friendly but an extra touch to smells etc would have been good even just an air freshener as when we walked in, the smell wasn’t great.
Personally quite expensive for things being broken.
