Chako & Olivier are really nice people very helpful, served a great breakfast which was included in the price, The accomodationis right outsiede the chateau gates and next to the centre. Parking may be a little difficult in the busy season, but out of main July / Aug season was not a problem. I parked 50 mts away in free parking bays. The house is a little difficut to find but Chako & Olivier give good instruction berfore your visit. Access to the bedrooms is by a winding stone staircase. so you must be careful. Great stop over would like to come back anf explore Loches to the full Thanks Peter & Loraine

Charming B&B With Fairytale Views

We had a most enjoyable stay here at La Little Mason. Olivier and Chako were very friendly and welcoming hosts. Everything about this B&B is perfect. We especially enjoyed the courtyard evening appertifs. A fairytale like view, ramparts, charming buildings and flowers from the bedroom window, a delight in the morning. Loches is a beautiful little French town, happy it was one we visited. Thank you Olivier & Chako for your hospitality.

Lovely property with friendly owners.

The property was lovely and the owners were super friendly. A bonus was somewhere safe to store our bikes. The garden area was a lovely space to enjoy a cold beer after a long day's cycling and breakfast set us up for the next day.

Delightful stay in historic Loches

Perfect location for exploring the Royal City and the modern townof Loches. We had good communication about the access and parking, and felt very welcomed when we arrived. There’s a lovely garden with delightful touches, including flowers, sweet cats, and rooftop views of nearby historic buildings. The view from our room was of the castle walls, and the room was very comfortable and well-appointed. And a nice breakfast.

No negatives, unless someone’s allergic to cats (who did not seem to go anywhere near the rooms)

Lovely, quirky B&B right in the centre of Loches. Fantastic friendly hosts and a really cute terrace to enjoy drinks and look out over the city. Good sized and comfortable room and bathroom with views towards the chateau - accessed up a memorable stone staircase. Limited car parking directly across the street - we got a convenient space. Excellent instructions on how to reach the property by car - driving through the old town. Great recommendations for restaurants bookings ahead of time - otherwise we might have struggled. Highly recommended for a stay in this beautiful town.

Overall we were really happy although we couldn't get wifi working at all and as a minor detail, although cold water was provided on arrival - which was great - there is no fridge in the room.

Beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated property retaining original features. The room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. We parked our motorcycle across the road from the property in a carpark which was fine. A choice of very good restaurants nearby. Breakfast was continental which was good. Host was super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Simply the best..

Everything, as are visits before we were looked after from the minute we arrived till the moment we left. Chako is an absolute treasure and her enthusiasm for looking after her guest's is fabulous. Breakfast is a feast which was far more than we could eat and the best coffee I had all the time we were away.

We couldn't have been made more welcome, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Breakfast was plentiful and super quality, catering for all our needs. An added bonus was the bar and terrace area which was so welcome at the end of a long day.. Olivier was also very helpful with providing a parking area for our motorbikes.. Definitely a place to return to.

The place was uninhabitable, don’t waste you time or money.

It was evening when we arrived. The place was dirty, the bed was the hardest mattress I have ever seen and it would be like sleeping on the floor. There were no pillows or top sheet, and the comforter looked like it had not been washed for months. There were decorative pillow shams on the bed, I guess they expected us to use those as sleeping pillows, but they also looked like they had not been washed for months. The place was uninhabitable and we told the owner/wife that we could not stay in those conditions and that we had to find accommodations elsewhere. She said she was sorry and that she would refund us the next day. They never did refund us and never responded to my text messages.

Charming and welcoming— loved it!

The bed and breakfast building, room, and courtyard were all extremely charming and well decorated. Chako and Olivier were super friendly and accommodating. We especially liked the bar in the back that they run themselves, and we loved chatting with them about life. Breakfast was cozy and perfect.

I had a wonderful 2 nights at La Little Maison. The property is super charming and the location is perfect. Olivier and Chako are truly lovely, helpful and kind in every way. They have thought of everything you might need. My room was great, quiet and comfortable. The food was terrific. I've been traveling in France for the past 7 weeks. This was by far my best hotel experience. I will definitely be returning.
