Really nice hotel in the middle of Louche. Lovely comfortable room. I had dinner in the restaurant and it was fine. The service was excellent, especially Ryan in the Bar.

A great hotel situated in the very center of the town.The location is ideal to all shops and restaurants. Local market that takes place on Wednesday and Saturday!

Great property in a very convenient square close to town centre. Free parking at front of property. Lovely terrace to have both breakfast and dinner. Wonderful choice for breakfast to suit all tastes. Dinner was ok, starters delicious but both mains were lacking. Lamb was chewy and fish overcooked and lacked seasoning. Good wine list. Staff very friendly and helpful with good sense of humour. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place to stay with outside terrace and bar. The spa was lovely, although the pool a little cold The bar and terrace was closed the second night we were there for a private function, disappointed we wouldn’t use it and no other provision was made for residents to have a drink. There is a large restaurant area and some of this could have been used.

Hotel was in a beautiful building. Staff were professional, attentive and organised. We ate in the hotel and had a lovely set dinner choice with a perfect wine recommended. Breakfast was not great, especially for €19 per person, but that was ok in the overall stay. We’d happily stay there again and would recommend.

The hotel is lovely. In a perfect setting. Very let down by its breakfast. Nothing was available. We waited for 20 minutes before giving up. The restaurant in the evening is nice but they could do with some other dinning options as very upper tier food perhaps offer a bar menu

Fantastic location in there heart of the beautiful small town of Loches, with views towards the Royal Citadel. Our room had a huge balcony with the same fantastic view as from the main terrace, perfect for a late in-room breakfast. Modern decor inside a beautifully restored 19th Century building. We purchased our tickets for the visit at the hotel and walked to the site. We had diner outside on the terrace, very good cuisine, service is a but junior and not all are English speakers. I am always hesitant when I see "Best Western" in front of a hotel in France, but now I understand the "Premier" brand. 100% recommend.

Our room had a huge balcony with the same fantastic view as from the main terrace, perfect for a late in-room breakfast. Modern decor inside a beautifully restored 19th Century building. It looks great when you arrive- a lovely new car park (although when we arrived at 7pm on a Friday evening it was full - we were just lucky to find a space as someone left). Big problem at checkin in that we had booked a superior room with balcony but there was apparently a problem with communication between hotels.com and the hotel and we were allocated the most basic of rooms. The hotel was almost fully booked and our choice of room could not be honoured - we were ‘upgraded’ to a family room but this was a ground floor room and we had no use for the children’s room. I asked for compensation and was told that was not possible because we had been ‘upgraded’. The room was nice enough but the linens felt mostly polyester and the air conditioning was inadequate - we had a fairly uncomfortable night. On the plus side the room was actually very quiet and on its own on the opposite of the stairwell to the other rooms. Best thing is location as the town is pretty but we would not return for the reasons mentioned.
