Nice hotel and very central to the town.

The property at first glance appears to be smart and modern. Our room was ground floor and had a terrace looking towards the pool. The patio door broke whilst we were there and the hotel handyman came to repair it immediately. There was a dishwasher and a fridge; ideal. The kitchen area was compact but adequate. Plenty of storage areas for clothing and accessories. The bedroom is at the rear of the apartment and consists of just two narrow single beds. The hotel is very central to the lovely town. It has parking to the rear of the buildings which is free and is reasonably secure.

Our room was showing signs of wear and tear on the furniture. The ground floor rooms experience quite a lot of foot traffic from the other residents.

Very charming place in a beautiful city. We liked the location and it was very clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. We are very pleased.

We had high hopes as the location of the apartments in this delightful town was so very central.

We enjoyed a day by the pool and our welcome was efficient and warm.

The apartment allocated had no view other than the pool and reception. the website suggested a longer view over the mill basin and the town. Most importantly, again the web gave no hint, the bedroom was so small that we only lasted one uncomfortable night before checking out and seeking alternative accommodation. My wife suffers from claustrophobia and the bedroom simply wasn't possible for her.

The location was perfect, but the stay just wasn’t as comfortable as I would have hoped.

The property staff were very kind, and the location and views were excellent.

The apartment where I stayed was more minimalistic than I was expecting. I also had to make the bed myself. The dishes in the cabinets were not fully clean. I was expecting more of a hotel experience than an minimalistic apartment rental experience.

Had to make my own bed, the sheets were not on the bed. There was only one roll of toilet paper and we ran out late in the evening.

Service was good. Location is great; just a few steps from the city center. Kitchen and cutlery was good. Swimming pool was heated.

Mattress was a bit hard and the bed quite small. Bathroom and toilet are also a bit narrow.

The apartment is in a great central location to explore Loches and the Loire valley. The kitchen has all you need to cook an evening meal, if you don't want to cook there are a selection of restaurants nearby.

Loches gorgeous accommodation lacking.

The town

Water kept burning me in the shower then went freezing cold. Kitchen utensils were old and worn. Quite shabby and needs updating. Pool said it was heated but it was freezing.

Excellent apartment, prime location, exemplary care for guests and staff in current Covid-19 times

An excellent stay right in the center of this attractive town. Modern, well designed room with all necessary equipment and a terrace with table and chairs as a bonus extra. Car park was free and very safe. At this time of Covid-19 concerns perhaps the best recommendation was this company's approach to protecting their guests and staff. Excellent measures in place. On arrival in the room, the guest finds all laundered items (bedding sheets, pillow cases, towels etc) packed in sealed plastic bags presumably directly from the laundry. It's only a few minutes work to install these and the guest knows that the condition could not be better. On leaving the guest is asked to put all used crockery and kitchen items into the dishwasher and run at 65C - again very good process. The guest removes bedding and leaves it folded on a chair in the main room - again safeguarding the cleaning staff. We would fully recommend this apartment (which was also a very good deal with our Booking.com price).
