This was not a typical holiday/vacation for me and this flat was a welcome retreat.

The location is ideal - I had stayed at this property previously so knew exactly what to expect. Linda, the property manager, was very helpful when the heating played u p a little.

I was there for fifteen nights and I feel that the cooking equipment could be a little more accommodating. With the best will in the world I cannot eat out for fifteen nights!! This would not stop me in renting this property again. It is ideal for one person.

A good flat, with the view being the best feature.

Good flat with an excellent view, very comfortable

Just a few tweets, cutlery and the cutlery drawer could be cleaner, glasses as well. The underside of the slip mat in the shower needs a good clean. Having a tray to put under the dish drainer on would be helpful and all the water wouldn’t drip onto the floor.

As a life-long lover of Largs, this stay was made even better by this beautiful flat

This self-catering modern flat lived up to its "Seaview" name. The main room itself was very elegant with huge windows looking out across the gleaming waters towards Cumbrae and beyond, The glorious late sunsets were breathtaking. The modern shower and washbasin were also modern and sparkling clean- the only tiny exception being the rubber slip mat which was rather mouldy underneath. The spacious bedroom made a great impression, with towels neatly stacked on top of the firm and comfy bed. The massive mirrored wardrobe/storage at the foot of the bed provided us with plenty of room

The bed faces a huge mirrored wall (the wardobes) and having such a clear view of one's dishevilled face was not so pleasant! The mirror also showed up the large streak on the painted wall above the bedhead. Too high to be disguised by one of the flat's collection of lovely pictures. Maybe a touch-up? In the room you don't see it. Looking in the mirror, you can't not-see it. But, overall, superb.

Perfect in every way

The view from the living room was amazing and was a perfect place to e to sit with a morning coffee… had the weather not been so kind to us meaning we don’t evening exploring Largs it would also have made the perfect spot for an evening glass of wine. The location was perfect, close the the town centre and a nice walk to the pencil / marina area. The apartment was extremely quiet and meant getting a good night sleep was very easy… it’s a perfect t pls e to get away from the stresses and strains of every day life and relax.

Nothing except it’s a 4 hour drive from home.. so a one or two night break is a bit difficult which I’d defo do if it was closer!

Simple instructions for using the appliances. apart from the TV but the property manager came round when we called her and she demonstrated that facility. Everything else was fine.

Shower tray often gets flooded during showers. Sleepless night due to extreme wind, something seemed to be unattached outside on rooftops (reported at the time and visit made to monitor situation).

I had a lovely stay; the flat was comfy and cosy and I would stay here again.

This flat is ideally located for walks along the Prom in either direction. Convenient for the ferry to Millport, Isle of Cumbrae and a short walk from the Railway Station to take a train to Glasgow or anywhere else on the line.

My stay was for eleven (11) nights so some extra linens would have been helpful. Linda provided extra when requested .

A very pleasant stay with some mixed weather.

Great view, excellent location, with a very comfy bed and sofa. We felt happy and comfortable in the apartment.

The shower didn't drain properly and the kitchen tap dripped. Could have done with some racks to dry towels or wet things. Some tea towels would have been handy as well as a few more pans and kitchen utensils. The kitchen was quite a cramped space. A smoky smell came into the flat from elsewhere in the building.

The falt was decorated lovely, the view was stunning, the location was perfect, and the kitchen had everything we needed.

The entrance hall floor in the building was always wet like it had been badly mopped. The flat had plug-ins that i thought were affecting my asthma, we unplugged them but then realised that they were covering up a strong smell of damp, which was the real cause. My chest was bad the entire week.

Lovely flat for a seaside break for two.

A nice clean flat in a very suitable location. All facilities were very nice. Service response was very good (when we couldn't understand how the telly worked). Cosy and warm when needed. Lovely clean access close and one flight of stairs. Very quiet building with tidy and respectful neighbours. Views over the Firth of Clyde and Cumbrae were wonderful, especially if you like watching the ferry go by. Easy access to the ferry terminal and good bus service on to Millport for a day trip.

The wall mounted battery operated fire didn't work but it's entirely unnecessary so it wasn't a problem.

A great holiday in a fantastic apartment!

A fabulous apartment decorated and furnished to a high standard and clean - very clean. The bedroom is spacious with a double bed and large fitted wardrobes. The apartment has a modern shower room and a modern well equipped kitchen. The living room has spectacular views across the water to the island of Cumbrae and has comfortable seating, TV and dining table.

There was nothing to dislike about this apartment but bear on mind that it's on the first floor and up 2 flights of stairs.

Perfect sea view apartment in the centre of Largs

It’s location was excellent with a wonderful sea view from the bay window of the lounge. It was only a short walk to the pier and the town centre. On street parking was easy and free outside the building even though we were warned that this might be a problem.

A bread knife would have been useful and there was a smell of tobacco in the bedroom.
