Location was great, only a 5 minute walk to the town. Flat has everything you need and was nice and quiet.
The bedroom, it is very small and definitely not a double bed, more like a three quarter. We were glad to only stay 2 nights as it was too uncomfortable in the bed. You have to walk sideways to get round it as well.
The living room would benefit from a comfier sofa and chair as well.
I would be tempted to put a sofa bed in the living room for extra space.

Pleasant comfortably furnished 1 bedroom apartment. Located 5 minutes walk from beach, shops and railway station. Conveniently situated near Brisbane hotel where we were attending a family wedding.
Arrived early and contacted host who met us at the apartment. Provided milk, biscuits, tea & coffee.
Unfortunately didn't realize we were located on the third floor. Not good when struggling with suitcases. As old tenement building doesn't have a lift.
When we turned the heating on there was a strong smell of paint. Think the radiators had been painted.

Great location, big kitchen with everything you’d need. Comfortable and clean apartment. We enjoyed our stay!
