Largs Brisbane Cottage

It was as described. Perfect for 3 of us. Very close to the wedding venue and all other Largs restaurants, shops and bars. Cosy and had what we needed. Dog-friendly too although we didn’t bring them this time.

Cosy place perfect for 2-3 who need separate rooms. Everything we needed on arrival was there, particularly to make tea and coffee, so we were able to get some rest before shopping for essentials. Comfortable beds and helpful, friendly landlady. Location was perfect for getting into Largs, but still peaceful.

On street parking was always available, but may be a few hundred metres down the road. Very minor inconvenience.

Great wee cottage, great hosts couldn't have been any better beats abroad anyday when you get this weather,just loved it,great pubs and eating places and over to millport was just great

Having to leave a beautiful place on our own doorstep just amazing how scotland can be

Location, cleanliness, the warm welcome received by the hosts and the value for money Parking wasn't a problem and we would use the property again but only as a couple

Disappointed with the size of Bedroom 2 which comprised of a double bed positioned against the wall, a clothes rack at the bottom of the bed next to the bedroom wall which obscured the wall hung mirror and a disc bedroom cabinet with a light to one side of the bed. The bedroom was restrictive and was unusable / inaccessible unless the clothes rack was relocated into the adjacent hallway which was what we had to do Overall the flat was a bit compact for 4 adults i.e. had to move the sofa to access the table and 4 chairs The door handles need oiling as all of them squeaked when used
