easy, Convenient and comfortable.

the location was brilliant, just down the road from the town and less than 10 minutes from the gondola station. all rooms and beds were clean and comfortable and all the facilities worked as they should. check in and out was super flexible and easy. the host was very accommodating and easy to contact. it was the perfect apartment for our group of 5 and at really good value, I would 100% recommend!

the only bad thing I could say is the shower could do with being a bit bigger/enclosed but all in all everything was great!

The apartment is very clean, spacious and it has a very well equipped kitchen. We stayed during Christmas holiday and a Christmas tree was waiting for us in the living room:) the self-check in/out is very convenient, there is a supermarket near by, shortly: we had a great time!

Cel mai bun loc pentru sejur in Bansko pentru 2 cupluri sau familie cu 4 membri.

Totul. Am avut 2 dormitoare separate, un living, o bucatatie complet echipata (inlcusiv masina de spalat vase). Am avut masina de spalat rufe si uscator de rufe, TV, Netflix, balcoane la fiecare camera, totul curat. Pozitionarea a fost excelenta, la 10 minute de telegondola, aproape de centru, de supermarketuri, de restaurante.

Daca trebuie sa gasesc un minus al acestui apartament ar fi faptul ca exista o singura baie (lucru pe care oricum in intalnim in mai toate apartamentele pe care le avem in viata de zi cu zi). Insa te poti descurca fara probleme.

МРЪСНО, МРЪСНО, МРЪСНО... Всичко в апартамента е старо и вехто, очукано и неподдържано, но проблема е и че беше не изчистено. Много далеч от рейтинг 9, бих му дал повече от 1 само защото чаршафите бяха сменени. Ползвал съм десетки пъти Booking и това е най-мръстния апартамент, който съм наемал. Подът лепне. Килимите трябваше да ги минем ние със прахосмукачка, но само пране може да махне многогодишните петна. Както и петната от дивана и столовете. Хладилника и микровълновата не са чистени от години, и са по-стари и от апартамента. Аспиратора не смуче и е с изгоряла лампа. А цялата кухня около мивката е мухал. Имаше прибрани мръсни чинии, чаши и прибори, и всичко трябваше да се мие преди да се ползва. Банята също мръсна, с ужасено неудобен душ и без душ кабина, и водата отива в коридора естествено. Заради лошото осветление отначало не се забелязват петната по тавана и капките мръсотия по поставките. В малката спалня гардероба не може да се отваря, защото няма место. А в другата спалня стените са с дупки. Всъщност целия апартамент е с очукани стени и дупки плачещи за ремонт и пребоядисване. Пералнята и сушилнята работят, но са на немски език и естествено няма никакви други институции. Телевизора е с някаква странна кабелна и за нищо не става, а безжичен интернет въобще няма. Посредата на стаята има една нефункционална камина, а между другото апартамента е наполовина по-малък от обявеното. Локацията може да се хареса на скиорите през зимата, но всъщност се намира на околовръстното между хотели и строежи без възможност за разходка пеша. Реално апартамент все пак става за ползване, климатиците и бойлера работят, и собственика ни насочи добре как да го намерим, но реално е за рейтинг 6. Не знам как са успяли да го вдигнат така измамно рейтинга му, може би е бил с висок рейтинг в началото преди години.

Apartamentul este situat foarte aproape de pârtie, dar nu suficient cât să mergi pe jos până acolo, cărând schiurile și clăparii. A fost liniște, nu se aude zgomot din trafic, deși cladirea este la strada principală. Dotări pe măsura așteptărilor. Încălzirea este asigurată cu instalații de aer condiționat . A trebuit sa cerem prosoape, pentru ca, inițial ,erau numai un prosop mare ,unul mediu și un prosop pentru picioare.Cred ca ar trebui renovat apartamentul și schimbate/ curățate niște covoare . Șemineul este funcțional, ne-am bucurat de el,creează o atmosferă foarte plăcută. Paturile sunt confortabile. Parcarea este în fața clădirii, și cu plată și gratuită, cum doriți:). Per total, a fost plăcută șederea și ne-am simțit bine în apartament.

Već smo bili i ove godine smo na vreme rezervisali. Sve nam je odgovaralo, kamin, veliki prostor u dnevnom boravku, udobne sobe, terasa za pušače. U kuhinji sve što ti treba I naravno neizostavni susac za obucu.

Može da se ulozi malo u kupatilo tako što se doda tus kabina i da se presvuku ili ociste trpezariske stolice.
