Great & quiet location

Great location, close to the gondola and other restaurants near the ski resort. Quiet place, comfy room. The room was warm and the scenery from the room over the window was beautiful.

I stayed at 4th floor, there was an elevator but didn't work so it was a bit hard to carry heavy luggages and after the skiing. The water heater from the bathroom was located weirdly, just in front of the toilet bowl and very uncomfortable to seat.

Excellent apartment for short or long stay

Location is perfect, near the gondola and the walking area with lots of stores around.

The bathroom doesn't have a separate shower, which we didn't know, so flip-flops are definitely needed for showering.

Our stay there was short but sweet.

We came here during the summer to make a stop on our way to Thassos. Accommodation was great, close to the Bansko center, walking distance, also we went by a car up to the mountain which was also great. House manager was great, went above and beyond to make our stay there comfortable. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay in Bansko. No wonder they have such a great rating.

Quiet apt. 9 on 3rd floor, <5 min walk to grocery store and restaurants

+ Quiet location yet 4-minute walk to Ginger and 8 minutes to Contrabar (where all the Bansko Nomad Fest parties took place), and 3 minutes to Happy Market (good grocery store; avoid Aldo) + Balcony with view of the mountains + Quiet split A/C + No problems with the bed + Host was very responsive and solved a Wi-Fi problem + WiFi up to 50Mbps (connect to Apt 15 if Apt 9 is too slow)

- Shower over toilet, with curtain -> water splashing all over the bathroom - No bathroom cabinet/drawer/counter for toiletries - Elevator didn't work - Small TV but you're not in Bansko to watch TV :) - No washer but laundry services cost only 20 BGN / load - No shampoo, body wash, or paper towels, but the grocery store is very close

Nice couple of days in Bansko

Really nice modern apartment, well equipped for a few days stay (or longer) and it's in a good location. I will probably stay again!

Only slight annoyance was layout of the plug sockets in the kitchen - have to move things around a bit to plug in the microwave but not really a big deal.

This was our second stay in Prime Apartments, so overall everything : location, parking, mountain view, apartment arrangement, wi-fi reliability.

Hint for improvement : I found the bedroom mattress a little bit uncomfortable.

Excellent location, close to the ski slopes. Spacious bedroom, living room is confortable. Nice place for spendung a family vacation.

The additonal bed in the living room was uncorfotable for sleeping. It needs a replacement. Kitchen needs more kitchenware. There is no heating in the bathroom, a bit uncorfotable when you want to take a shower.

Good value for money and comfortable stay at a very good location.

The property is very conveniently located. Only 5 min. walk from the Gondola and the top of the "Pirin street" where all the "action" takes place. Many supermarkets (24h open), restaurants, ski shops at a very close distance. The area feels safe, since there are always people around, even at late hours. Private parking on the back of the property was also great! The street in front was not very busy too, so you can park on the street too. The room we got was spacious and had many windows all around that makes it very pleasant to stay. The temperature was very well set (not too hot - not too cold - nice comfortable temperature). Hot water on demand, any time you wanted. There are also two small balconies which is also convenient (i.e. for a smoker or to get some fresh air...). The kitchen area is modern (kettle was also available) and spacious too. The fridge is a small size but it serves the purpose.

A few suggestions for improvement: In the bathroom add a few more hangers for the towels. There are only 2 and these are not enough for 4 persons. Also, add a tray below the mirror. This is essential accessory for a bathroom sink, for placing small items (i.e. think of contact lenses, toothbrushes etc!) The same applies for the entrance room: when you come back from ski, you need a few hangers to hang your (normally) wet cloths / gear / helmets / gloves / etc, if you add a few hangers in the entrance room (or even in the rest of the rooms / behind the doors / on the walls) this will be very useful, I think. Otherwise you have to occupy the chairs / tables available which is not so convenient. In the kitchen add a few more kitchen utensils / cooking pots / plates etc. We did not use much of them, since we did not cook, but if we wanted to do so for 4 persons, we would have straggled with the available ones (you cannot really cook much with one medium size saucepan...).
