The price is absolutely not worth the value.

If you want to suffer go to this house No privacy, no curtains in windows and the owner and neighbors can see you. You can't take a shower without all the room full with water.there're no curtains in shower and also all the Mops are broken. The toilet and bathrooms/toilets have a very very bad smell of sewage and in addition, it's not possible to lock the bathroom and toilet doors. And they didn't know how to open the baby bed.so first night we didn't sleep cause the baby couldn't sleep. We requested again and again to leave but they insist and ignore. The cleaning status is also very poor So If you want to destroy your vacation go to this appartment. It is not a place for human They will try to protect themselves but at the end the facts are the true The price is absolutely not worth the value.

A really enjoyable experience.

It’s was super easy to book everything with Stefka, she organised our shuttle to and from the accommodation to Sofia, plus all our ski rental as well. She was super helpful with any recommendations in the town, and was more than happy to help whenever you needed. The accomodation was better than expected and had everything you could need and was in the town with an easy walk to anything you needed. Overall a really enjoyable experience.

The host was very friendly and met us at the accomodation. She was very helpful at explaining information and answering questions on the area and around skiing to make our trip more efficient and enjoyable.

There are drainage issues in the bathrooms meaning the floor floods, there are squeegees provided but its just a minor inconvenience. Some of the drainage also smells meaning you probably want to leave a window a jar in the bathrooms.

Good location, a separate room for skis and boots to dry and smoking area.

House wasn't clean enough All the bathrooms flooded every time we were in shower. Didn't had any mop, broom and kitchen towels One of the bedrooms, with green colour, never got warm-hot at all. There is no private parking, the car was in the street. Old tv.

Very good place near town center

The apartment is very big with 2 large rooms (fit for a couple) and 1 room with 2 single beds and an attic with 2 more single beds. The kitchen was well equipped with all needed kitchen accessories. The living room is very big and comfortable. The apartment was clean and had a very large water heater so we always had hot water. There is a nice interior garden outside. The host was nice and helpful. She speak good English and has good hiking tips. The apartment is very close to the town center and to a lot of restaurants and shops.

The drain in the showers had problems and the water over flowed. Not a big issue but a bit annoying.

Exceptional

We stayed there a family with 4 children. The place was very comfortable and spacious. Very close to the center. Kitchen was well equipped and the garden is really nice. Showers with hot water in every room. The host was very pleaseant and responsive and also helped us finding good hiking trails 😊

Small issue with the water in the showers going down slowly and the shower room is then flooded, but overall experience was excellent!

Very pleasant place, close to main entertainment street, but very quiet

The location is situated at about 10-12 min on foot to the ski lift, so it's a bit difficult to walk every day carrying your skis, but the owner arranged a place for us near the ski lift to store the equipment for 5 BGN/day/person. A big thank you for this. The house itself is very spacious and we had all the space needed for our group of 7. The common area is big and comfortable and the kitchen has everything you could need in order to prepare breakfast/dinner. A big plus is the fireplace that gave the intimacy feeling and we really enjoyed sitting in front of it in the evenings.

The sleeping room that is immediately after the stairs that go up to the sleeping area is for people who like a cooler temperature, because the heater is quite old and not working properly. The biggest minus are the bathrooms, which are big and clean, but the water from the shower flows right on the floor without any protection and you find yourself plashing in water. Moreover, there is practically no storage for the things you use, like cosmetics, creams etc. This would be extremely necessary. Another thing that can be improved is the light in the bedrooms and bathrooms.
