Excelent for a family of 4

We had a lovely stay here! Good location. 7 min walking distance with ski boots to gondola. Apartment is big enough and provides all necesities. I appreciated especially the coffee machine. The host provided some gifts for us for Valentines day and was checking to see if we might need anything else in the apartment. In the lobby there is a ski deposit free of charge. We could also always find a free parking place on the street near the hotel.

Very close to the gondola, 1 minute away from the pubs and restaurants. The apartment had everything we could need and even more☺️. The host was very friendly and helpfull. If we visit Bansko again, for sure this will be my first choice.

We are a family with two children. We stayed in the apartment from January 27 to 29. Everything was perfect. Centrally located, spotlessly clean and warm. The beds were comfortable. We will prefer it again in our stay in Bansko.

Perfect stay!

2 seperate rooms, loads of space, everything we needed for the week and even got use of the spa. Location was perfect too. Great value for what we paid. Would definitely stay again :)

Superb

Value for money is great, in the hotel there is Spa area , close to all prime attractions, restaurants, Ski lifts and equipment. The room has a small balcony . The host is responsive and nice .

Our stay in Bansko was amazing overall, we were lucky to get good weather and a great apartment.

The apartment is extremely close to the gondola, about 2 minutes of walking distance. It's placement in the Emerald Hotel gives access to the Spa Area, which is really nice, a great place to relax after the day. There's cleaning done every 2 days, which is a big plus, not many apartments have that in Bansko.

The internet is provided through a small router which did not work very well ( although it worked perfectly in the last day for some reason ), this could be improved. The insulation around the balcony doors could be improved, there's some cold air constantly coming through them. A frying pan could be added to the kitchen.

Konum,imkanlar,temizlik,ulaşım herşey çok iyiydi. Otelin girişindeki şifre kutusuna Whatsapptan gönderilen mesajlar doğrultusunda şifre girerek kapıyı açtık. Odanın kapısında da yine kutuya şifre girerek anahtarı aldık. Herşey gayet düzenliydi. Biraz erken gitmemize rağmen odamız hazırdı ve giriş yapabildik. Merkeze, gondolaya ulaşım yürüme mesafesi 5 dakika. Heryerde market ve restoranlar mevcut. Meşhur Pirin caddesi yürüme mesafesi 5/10 dakika sürmüyor. Orda da yemek yerleri ve alışveriş dükkanları var. Odada mutfakla ilgili tüm malzemeler mevcut ve yeterli sayıda. Biz 5 kişilik bir aileyiz ve herşey yeterli miktardaydı. Çocuklar için bizim için hazırlanan ufak hediyelere de çok teşekkür ederiz. Araba parkı biraz sıkıntılı her boş yere bırakmak uygun değildi. Otelin arka tarafında boş alanlar var tercih edilebilir. Biz belli bir ücret karşılığı 3 gün bıraktık. Herşey için çok teşekkür ederiz. Banskoya tekrar geldiğimizde yine aynı yerde konaklamayı düşünüyoruz.
