Perfect holiday apartment

Bansko is a good place to ski. Prices on the Slopes for Beer and food have gone up which is sad.

The apartment was very close to the Slopes. Ski hire shop on the door step. Supermarket other side of road. All the Bars for food / drink were just down the road. The apartment had everything you need.

Superb

Cozy little apartment. Very clean. The kitchen was well equiped. The heating was good albeit we had a warm week during our stay. The best thing is the proximity to the gondola station.

We could have used a broom, there was a vacuum but it didn't do its job too well. Also some spare garbage bags to replace the one in the bin once it filled.

Avoid like the plague.

The best thing about the apartment is its location. Very close to the main gondola, unfortunately that's the only good thing about it.

Firstly the communication with the host was a disgrace. We got treated very badly, considering we paid money to stay at the apartment. The apartment was misadvertised. Initially, the listing mentioned a pool, which was a selling point for us. This information was later removed from the listing and no refund was issued. Apparently, this was the case with other people that booked this apartment and tried to cancel. The apartment itself is in very poor condition. It could do with a "facelift" like, 10 years ago. No heating, meaning it was freezing all the time. I really hope the host stops scamming people and actually sorts the place out and starts treating customers appropriately. In short, if you want your holiday ruined, this is a perfect place to stay.

The best family apartment in Bansko

This is the best apartment that I have been in Bansko. The location is really nice. Close to gondola, but at the same time, the apartment is facing the yard, so it is very quiet. Also, it is 10 min. walk to the restaurants in the downtown. The apartment is very spacious and warm. It is ideal for 3-4 people. It has a fully equipped kitchen, including an oven. There's a reception, so the check-in / checkout process is seemless as well. The owner is very nice answering all questions promptly. As I read some negative reviews, so definitely, this place was above my expectations. Seems that all the problems have been fixed.

Adventure!

Very close to the lifts

Small and very old towels, very old linen full of holes. Every day we were asking for towels, they never gave us. On the second day as we were in the room, a couple came in and they told us that it is their Apartment!! They took the key from the reception! Expensive!

Beautiful large apartment in front of Gondola lift!

Very nice apartment, in front to Gondola lift (1 minute walking), warm, fully equipped and very large! Private owner, keys from reception, SPA and parking on site. Cannot belive someone left a bad review, he should be a fake or just an unfair person. Thank you owners and complex staff, I will book again!
