Balanced stay.

The fact that we were close to gondola and the location is very good. The staff gave us what we needed without any problems.

The apartment was not clean, especially the tioilet. The beds are not too comfortable. We had very dated facilites especually the mop and squeezer. Bath leaks too much water and not comfortable. I suggest you refurbish the bathroom.

Everything was blissfull for us, next time when we come to bansko we and all our friends will definetely book at Fortuna

Everything was exceptional at Fortuna for me and my girlfriend. The placement which is 3 minutes by walk to the Gondola (we come to snowboard) . In fact its 3 minutes walk to any good restaurant in Bansko, you are like in the center of everything . Also they have a pool a sauna and a small gym which is incredible after you come from snowboard / ski session. The staff was really polite and helped with anything we needed. The room was really clean , the bed sheets smelled really good, the room was warm and also lets not forget about the underground parking at the location and which is cheaper than other parkings from what I heard from our friends.

At night its a bit of noise from the outside because you are in the middle of everything. But its not that much of a deal, we slept with no problems.

host was very good. she even brought for us a new microwave when we asked. excellent location for ski vacation (close to gondola) and they even have storage unit for the ski equipment. the pool and sauna where very nice and the apartment was good with well equipped kitchen

A little bit noisy because of the pubs near by but it wasn't very loud (every apartment\hotel near the central street will hear it ). there where some dust in hidden places, wet sauna didn't work and the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable.

I truly recommend this property! It's an excellent location, big apartments and the owner was very kind and nice. We had to leave earlier and she helped us a lot, talking to Booking to get a refund for out money. Excellent attitude!

Very nice staff: caring and service-oriented. Super close to the gondola and all restaurants. Very nice swimming pool and sauna.

It was impossibly loud to sleep due to late in the night loud music from the nightclub by the gondola. This would be the problem with all hotels in the same area. If I were to come again, I would stay away from this area. Ps: more minor, the pull out couch is not very comfortable

Murdar, un pat mizerabil si o canapea minuscula execrabila. Niște așternuturi infecte si niște perne împuțite. Nici măcar nu era făcut curat când am ajuns si nici patul nu era făcut la canapea, noi fiind cu un copil de 10 ani. O catastrofa!

Tesisin konumu çok iyi hem gondolaya hem de bar restoranlara çok yakın 1-2 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Hemen karşısında 24 saat açık süpermarket var. Apart sıcak ve temizdi. Yeterli mutfak eşyası vardı. Biz geldiğimizde WiFi çalışıyordu, ilgili kişi ilgilendi ama çözülemedi. Saç kurutma makinası da yoktu akşam 21:30 gibi farkettiğimden ve tesiste kimse olmadığından tedarik edemediler ancak ertesi gün odamıza bıraktılar. Tesiste kimse yok ama telefon ve WhatsApp üzerinden ulaşılabilirler.
