Comfortable and Spacious Stay

Great stay! The flat was very spacious with plenty of room to relax. It had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Everything was well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. Would definitely recommend!

There was no washing machine, which would have been convenient.

very spacious apartment, a generous living room, two large bedrooms, as well as spacious two bathrooms, excellently equipped kitchen, terrace with a superb view of the mountains, comfortable king-size beds, quality bedding, there were no problems with the heat in the apartment, parking spaces available in the inner courtyard of the resort, free of charge (we went with two cars)

nothing serious to complain about, maybe just as a suggestion - providing heating system in the bathrooms would help and a larger hot water boiler would be a plus

Very big apartment, really close to the gondola with a lot of winter decorations, very well equipped with all you need to have a breakfast or dinner .

The linen and the towels were clean but there some spots with a little dust or spider webs

Great location, huge appartment.

The appartment was not very clean when we arrived, the rug in the bathroon was very dirty and there was hair on the shower floor. There was no room cleaning even if we stayed 6 nights, and we had to buy extra toilet paper. At the reception they did not know the wifi password for the appartment and the owners would send us back to the reception. We had to reset the wifi router ourselves and set a new password. Even if the size and location are great i would not stay there again because of the cleaning issues.

Excellent! You go there for sure!

The place was extremely comfortable and stylish, with big hallway, huge living room, two very comfortable bedrooms and two completely equipped bathrooms. The apartment was surprisingly warm regarding to the size of it. It has completely equipped kitchen with everything you will possible need. The apartment was very clean and cozy. The owner was very friendly and polite, asking if everything was ok during the whole stay. The wi-fi was not bad at all. It's very near to the gondola just accross the bridge.

The apartment is not accessible by baby stroller or a wheelchair because it has stairs before you get to the elevator.
