The place is great for a ski holiday. Close to the gondola and walking distance to all the restaurants on Pirin Street.

The location is unbeatable. You can walk to the gondola in less than 5 minutes.

Exceptional apartment in the best location

This apartment is absolutely exceptional the host is super responsive and really helpful. , apartment was immaculate and super clean lots of cooking utensils plenty of room for the 5 adults staying . Bathrooms are wet rooms and showers were super hot which was really welcome after a long day ,We used the ski hire shop below and it’s literally just accross from the gondola couldnt have been more perfect. We are booking.com hosts ourselves and are super fussy and this was just amazing . Check in instructions were super easy and clear .The location is without a doubt the best you can get in the area would definitely stay again . Had a superb stay for a few days skiing

Close to slopes.

Very close to the gondola and the ski shop below was convenient for hire. Property was well equipt and a good base.

The beds were very squeaky and noisy making it difficult to sleep. The bathroom was quite compact.

Nice ski days.

Good position, near the gondola station, near restaurants and supermarkets. Easy check in and check out. Washing machine a big plus.

No parking at least to drop off the luggage, the shower without separate wall or glass, full of moth, furniture a little bit old. No ski storage. I think is overpriced for the conditions offered and for Bansko/Bulgaria vs Italy.

Fantastic accommodation. Highly recommended.

This is the perfect accommodation. It's comfortable, well equipped, warm and spacious. The location could not be better, just 100m from the Gondola. It's quiet too, as the apartment faces away from the street, but also, the whole apartment block was very quiet the week we were there. Our host was very helpful and responsive. There was no problem with a late check-in, the keys were in the key box as agreed. Very lucky to have booked this apartment, what a find. I would recommend ski hire from Bobi at Sankiyski on the ground floor, too.

Perfect for three men on a short 5 day ski trip who didn't sped too much time in the accommodation

Right opposite gondola lift and taxi rank to A1 for location. Superb spacious duplex apartment (could have slept 6 easily (one double bed) or more had we needed the sofa beds in the lounge - great value for money. Nicely fitted modern kitchen area. O/S balcony a bonus for smokers / vapers.

Only 2 downsides which may or may not bother you. First only 1 set of keys (for three of us) and the fob controls the outer door and lift (up and down). Secondly the main bathroom is a wet room and the shower has no enclosure - meaning the entire room got wet - owners would do well to refit the bathroom). Plenty of hot water though
