Somewhat cheap.

- The place was dirty as if it was not even cleaned before us arriving. - There was a big grease stain/puddle on the bottom side of the cooker, so when it was used, it smoked like crazy and we had to open up all windows. - The electrical was questionable - The apartment has 2 floors. There is an AC only in the living room and the cool air doesn't reach the 2-nd floor, meaning the temperature there was 35°, impossible to sleep! - Also no mosquito nets on the windows. We booked the place because we saw that on the property's description there is an open pool and spa. Unfortunately, when we went to use it the next day, it was closed, we called the landlord and she started manipulating us and refused to give us a refund. After that she added to the description that the pool and spa were not in service. Truly sketchy behavior! Spoke with Booking's support twice and unfortunately they gave us a very small refund in booking credits. Overall it was kind of cheap but I won't recommend it to anyone. Better off go to another place.

Very happy with apartment and location perfect. Don’t compare skiing to Alps it doesn’t come close.

Dont stay there! Its a horrible and dirty apartment with broken beds and sofas.

Only the location.

Disappointment. 1.Dirty walls, 2.dirty bathrooms, 3. Small bedsheets that we couldnt even cover a kid’s body, 4. broken sofa bed , 5. Clogged siphon on the upper bathroom, 6. Not even 1 person to talk in English so we weren’t able to communicate with anyone except the one receptionist when we asked for toilet paper and towels and she said no, Tv was not working and it wasnt able to connect it on the internet. 7. No trash bags and when we asked they told us to go and buy and also the 2nd day when we went down for the breakfast we found croissants with mold. As a result, they texted us that they will charge us 100€ after our check out trying to blackmail us because they found an ashtray in the room. I would like to mention that the apartment has balcony which is allowed to smoke, so when we left we just left the ashtray in the room. TERRIBLE.

Good

The living area is big and planned well for 4 people, the apartment was clean and well prepared.

There is no air-conditioner as specified on the site, but the apartment is located under a roof and it was very hot in July. A fan made being there more comfort, but it was one fan for three living areas. The hot water boiler heats water for 40 minutes and is enough for one person, what is very inconvenient for a group of four people.

The apartment was good, big, clean and comfy

There was a problem with the water no draining in the shower so the floor was covered with water, but it's probably fixed by now, I hope. Also there was a weird problem with the key and the door, if you accidentally turn the other way around it gets stuck..maybe it's also fixed BUT the CRAZY thing was, that the owner said that if I miss use the broken door and get stuck,.I have to pay for opening it again. Excuse me? WTF? I pay to get a broken door, and to get worried about a 50 uro.fine if I accidentally missuse the broken door.?

Very warm hosts, great location, fine apartment, terrible access for families with small kids

Large enough, hosts (private owners, NOT Dream hotel employees) were very kind, location very convenient for everything except old town visits. Sauna and swimming pool fine and never crowded.

Accessibility. We were supposed to take one elevator to get to the fourth flour, then walk for 50m in corridor, with 3 steps midway, then take another elevator to get to the 5th floor. Both elevators too small for a single stroller (we had a twin stroller). Easier access (elevator from the garage directly to the 5th floor) was available but "not permitted". So, no one told us until we found out ourselves on the 3rd day, even while watching us drag around 1yo twins and a 3yo child, a stroller and gear. We found out the "secret" path - that we used even though not officially permitted to - right about when we were ready to change lodging due discomfort of accessibility.

Изключително студен апартамент, климатика дори на 30 градуса не може да стопли (може би не му е правена и профилактика отдавна), има конвекторна печка, която трябва да местите от стая в стая, седалките на толетните чинии са разбити, диваните са разкъсани, информацията в обявата е подвеждаща - хотела е в ремонт, няма нито работещ бар, нито ресторант, нито СПА както е описано. Хазайката най-нагло ни обясни, че СПА се ползва така или иначе по 30 минути дневно, което по принцип си е индивидуално решение, а не нейно. Обеща за отоплението да измисли нещо - не върна дори обаждане, че нищо не е измислила. Нашият съвет е да си носите лични печки в зимния период за да не умрете от студ. Още по-шокиращия факт е, че уведомихме хазяйката, че тоалетните са счупени, но реакция нямаше никаква, чак след като написхаме публично негативен коментар тя поиска компенсация от нас лъжейки, че ние сме ги счупили с цел отмъщение. Внимавайте къде решавате да отсядате за да не съжалявате!

מקום לא יקר אפשר להיכנס שם 5 אנשים זה במיקום פגז 2 דק ממלון פלטינום 7 דק הליכה מהגונדולה וצמוד למרכז העיר הדירה חמודה יש בה שתי שירותים מטבח מאובזר ספות מיטות ובעצם כל מה שצריך לחופשת סקי

יש את הבעלת נכס שקוראים לה אנה והיא מאוד נחמדה ועניינית והיא נותנת שירות ממש נחמד אמנם חווינו שם חוויה ממש לא טובה בהתחלה עם מנהל נכס אנטישמי במיוחד שנטפל אלינו שבת שלמה אנה טיפלה בזה ושאר השהייה עברה חלק וללא בעיות
