Amazing stay in a perfect location — we would definitely recommend it!

The location was excellent, very central and just a few meters away from the gondola. The owners welcomed us very warmly and made us feel at home right away. The apartment was very warm upon arrival and extremely clean. Overall, the stay was very comfortable and pleasant.

The only issue was that one of the two water heaters was not working, so four people had to share the same shower. Also, the heating in that specific bathroom was not working Additionally, there was no bathroom mat, which we believe was simply forgotten.

Perfect place if you want to try out skiing without spending a fortune like France/Austria.

The hosts were able to pick us up at the airport and return, which was ideal as never been there before and it was an early start to get to there. Price was reasonable.

We enjoyed it a lot!

Very cozy apartment with all you need for 2 families with one kid each. Very good location, practically we were 250 meters away from the Main slope. The ski rental shop was 50 meters away from the apartment, so we had to walk very little with all the gear on us.

The Wi-Fi is working only from morning and until 6pm. When all the residents from the building and the tourists are at home in the evening, all our devices like smarphones, laptops, tablets got disconnected invariably each day after 6pm. Luckily the SmartTV's of the apartment were staying connected and we could watch some movies on HBO or Netflix.

Tivemos problemas com an internet durante toda a estadia e, apesar de termos entrado em contato pedindo a resolução do problema, ninguém foi lá resolver. Ficamos sem internet durante os cinco dias em que estivemos em Bansko
