The apartment can be suitable for a few days, mainly due to its location. However, having to clean the apartment ourselv

Location: The apartment is located in Bansko, approximately a 700–800 meter walk to the gondola. After about 400 meters, it is possible to access the ski area through an intermediate entrance, which is convenient. Apartment and building: The apartment is in a quiet building and consists of one bedroom and a living room with an open-plan (American-style) kitchen. The sofa bed in the living room can be used for sleeping. Heating was excellent, and the apartment was very warm throughout the stay. Cleanliness: General cleaning had been done upon arrival. The bed sheets and pillowcases were clean but stained, which was disappointing. There were hair and dust accumulations around the bed and sofa edges. The radiators were dusty and not cleaned. Although kitchen utensils for cooking were available, we noticed that some glasses stored in the cabinets were dirty before our arrival. Kitchen cleaning should be more thorough before new guests arrive. There was also an unpleasant odor in the bathroom. Comfort: For a family stay, the bed was small and not very comfortable. It may be acceptable for short stays, but longer stays could be uncomfortable for families. Overall: The apartment can be suitable for a few days, mainly due to its location. However, having to clean the apartment ourselves and the lack of comfort for family accommodation may be problematic for longer stays. We appreciate the information provided by the host via Booking. Overall rating: Suitable for short stays only

Mountain View from the window

It is well located. Only 5 min walking from Gondola and near the hiking trails. Apartment is pretty small but it has everything you need! The kitchen is well equipped. The view from the window was fantastic.

Clean, modern, excellent views! Totally recommend

Modern and spacious apartment. Beautiful views of the mountains from every single window!! About 5/10 mins walk to the Gondola lift and restaurants. Excellent location. Spa & small supermarkets just down the road. Very clean for the most part. Hob in the kitchen was very simple to use with a good non stick pan, which made it easy to make breakfast.

Toilet flush system seems like it needs fixing. We had to refill the tank so that it could flush. Windows could've been cleaner. But overall, loved staying at the apartment!

Great apartment but it does have some issues that could affect some travellers

The location was fantastic and very close to the ski lifts and the Main Street. The apartment was cosy and clean, the communication with the host was fantastic he was always available to answer questions over WhatsApp. He also kindly waited for us even though we arrived very late on our first night.

The mattress was quite uncomfortable and there weren't any curtains, the blinds let a lot of light through so this made sleeping almost impossible for my partner. Wasn't an issue for me, but a lot of folk need a dark room to sleep. There was also a very loud noise coming from the pipes in the bathroom which was a bit disruptive at night too.

Wonderful five days in Bansko!

The manager met us at the agreed time. We sent him a text 15 min before arrival. He was already waiting. We had parking in front of the building, at no additional cost. The apartment was as in the photos, cozy, clean and spacious for the two of us. We used the kitchen quite a lot, it was really well supplied, and we had Nespresso coffee waiting, we had it every day. :) The manager met us again when we were leaving the same way, we even got to stay in the apartment a bit longer, without any issues. Super happy to recommend this property!

We really enjoyed the stay at the apartment. Very clean, warm, with a beautiful view at the mountains peaks. Kitchen well equipped with all needed to have the meals at the apartment. Offers good access to gondola and shops at are walking distance.

В туалете пахнет канализацией, и есть подтёки на полу , сковородки , были не пригодными , пришлось , купить новую , и нож , тот , что был , уже не резал , и не подлежал заточки подручными средствами , не было ни тряпок не бумажных полотенец, вытирайте руками ! И постельное белье ! Подлежит утилизации, уже давно !

בדרך כלל הדירוג והדרישה שלי מדירה שונה מדירוג ודרישה של מלון. כאן אני חייב לציין שגם בדירוג של מלון החדר היה מקבל 10 כל פרט מוקפד העיצוב המתקנים ברמה מאוד גבוהה. חבל שבאנו רק ללילה. אם הייתי מכיר את הדירה לפני. הייתי מתכנן אחרת את הטיול ונשאר יותר מיום אחד. לא מפרט כי הכול היה מצוין

הגענו באמצע מאי שלא בעונת הסקי ובנסקו דיי שוממת מתיירים.

Απο τα καλύτερα που έχουμε μείνει. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο διαμέρισμα, να μαγειρεύεις, να ξεκουραστείς, να αραξεις μέσα. Άνετο και ευρύχωρο! Ζεστό μέχρι εκεί που δεν παίρνει! Πεντακάθαρο! Το προσωπικό που μας εξυπηρέτησε ευγενεστατο και εξαιρετικα γρήγορο στην επικοινωνία του. Στο ισόγειο διέθετε ειδικό χώρο για τον εξοπλισμό σκι, να κάτσεις να βάλεις τις μποτες σου, να αποθηκευσεις τα παπούτσια σου, να φυλάξεις τα πράγματα του Ski. Φοβερά εξυπηρετικό συγκρότημα! Ντυνοσουν και έβγαινες στην πιστα σε 10 βηματα και κατηφοριζες 400μετρα για τα εισητηρια του λιφτ! Πιο εξυπηρετικό δεν θα μπορούσε να ειναι! Με ασανσέρ! Μπαλκονάκι με θέα στις πίστες και στα καρεκλάκια της γονδολας. Ακόμη και απο το παράθυρο του μπάνιου τα έβλεπες να ανεβοκατεβαινουν! Με όλες τις απαραίτητες ηλεκτρικές συσκευές και καφετιέρα με κάψουλες για καθημερινό καφεδάκι! Εξαιρετικό! Πριν φτάσουμε δε, ο ιδιοκτήτης είχε φροντίσει να με ενημερώσει με ένα μακροσκελές κείμενο για όλα όσα μπορεί να χρειαστούμε στο Μπανσκο, πού είναι τί, πού ο ίδιος τρώει καλά, πού πάει και τί κάνει! Ένας μίνι οδηγός, πολύ πρακτικός! Δεν μου κάνει εντύπωση που το έψαξα να το νοικιάσω ξανά και ήταν κλεισμένο! Σίγουρα θα φροντίσω να ξαναπάμε εκεί!
