I've mentioned to the host as well... Very far from our expectations...

Apartment location is very good, right on the road to the ski slopes, very near the Gondola bottom station. Clean enough, spacious.

We booked the apartment considering very strict criteria for having two bedrooms, and one with twin beds, and this is exactly how this property was listed. If you are looking for a to bedroom apartment, this is definitely not the right choice. The property is very clearly listed in Booking as having two bedrooms and a living room, in reality the apartment features only one bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, and a living room, with dining and kitchenette where there are two single beds and a sofa. The communication with the host was very bad and she turned very offensive when mentioning this aspect at check-in, comparing the property with Kempinski hotel, which is extremely far from their comfort and facilities. They did offer to compensate 10Euro/day which we considered a little bit insulting so we refused it, as well as they claimed we are trying to make our vacation costs cheaper, which is very far from being true. Other things to be taken into consideration: the mattresses are very very soft, so if you're a fan of hard mattress you might have issues (not considering this as a down side as this aspect can be subjective). The bathroom next to the living room is leaking a lot when you're taking a shower so the floor gets very wet and feels uncomfortable. Breakfast was not included in the price, but we tried one time to have breakfast there (10Eur/person, including kids) but the options are quite limited.

it is advertised as 2 rooms but it is actually 1 room and the living room has beds too, slightly confusing advertising, also says it has sauna and jacuzzi but that is part of the hotel not the apartment and if you like to use it you got to pay it separately to the hotel, is also confusing that the apartment is within a hotel as there is no information about this on the booking

Very Good, I'll return

The accommodation is very clean and excellently located 5 min walk to Gondola, Close to plenty of restaurants, 1 Aldo Shop and a Coffee shop (for morning coffee To Go). I really appreciated the landlord, friendly and with very good communication
