Spacious, immaculate and central apartment.

The property was very close to everything we needed - gondola, ski hire, restaurants and bars. The apartment is so spacious and immaculately clean with beautiful small touches. Our group of 3 adults and 3 children fitted in comfortably. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again when we come back.

Perfect family stay

We are a family of two adults and four children. The place is luxurious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. We had plenty of space for everyone, with our four children sharing a large bedroom. The kitchen was convenient and fully equipped, including an oven, stovetop, dishwasher, large refrigerator, and all necessary utensils, as well as basics like salt, oil, and sugar. We also made use of the washing machine and clothes-drying rack. The location is excellent, close to many restaurants (open even in summer) and small supermarkets. Instructions for opening the door were clear. The weather in August was pleasant, and we slept without using the air conditioning (though there is one in the living room). The hosts were kind and welcoming, but we didn’t need any assistance as everything was straightforward and easy to figure out. The internet connection was strong, and there was also the option to connect to a large screen at the computer station in the living room, though we didn’t need it.

Amazing apparent suitable for longer stays.

Pretty much everything!

Initially there was some miscommunication about the number of our room so we spent some time trying to access the wrong apartment, however the host was kind and responsive and we managed to solve the situation on the phone.

Great hosts, very clean, AC in each room, fast Internet. Everything you need for you and your family. We were with a 1 year old and the apartment was perfect. Enough parking, close to the center, stores within walking distance.

Spacious, spotless, well equipped, warm. Appreciated the little touches - wine, chocolates and oranges, slippers and bathrobes. It all made a huge difference.

Plugs for the bath and washbasins either not functioning or missing. Could have done with a jug and/or teapot. The key lock in reception was very difficult to open. Difficult to find the actual building as there is no visible name on it.

Magnificent

The apartment was more than we expected and looked even better than the pictures, also more spacious than we had foreseen (Loved the aesthetic). The keys to the apartment were easy to be retrieved after the explanation of the host. Many amenities in the apartment which we liked a lot (dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, kitchen appliances when you want to cook at home). We even got a welcome gift of some chocolates & bubbles (loved this personal touch, its those small things that matter). Hosts were quick in responding, good restaurant options around, a short 15 min walk to the old town & 7 to 10 min walk to the gondolas . Additionally many ski rental options around which we also liked. So all by all everything was in reach. When going back to bansko will be staying at Monteverde Tamplier for sure again.

Only small remark is not everyone likes hard pillows that was our only struggle but other than that this was a magnificent stay!!!

Тільки найкращі враження. Все у цих апартаментах зроблено з великою турботою та любов'ю до гостей. У кухні - все обладнання і навіть корисні дрібнички у наявності. Зручні великі ліжка. Дуже чисто і затишно. Нема проблем з паркуванням. Близько - до парку, хоча і по сходах.
