Cozy apartment pretty close to the ski lift and has everything for the stay

A lot of space in the living room and overall looked cozy

Skiing trip

Our apartment was nice and comfy - it had a nice view. The building has an elevator, and it was clean. It's 15 min from the ski slopes.

We were offered 2 toilet papers and no extra towels.

AVOID!!! NO HEAT, ELEC!!! NO REFUND!!!

The place was clean. Nothing else!! Bed awful, pillows worse. Area horrible, no view, noisy car park.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!The location was wrong, took an hour to sort out. The room was not what I wanted, owner would not let me upgrade unless I paid FULL for BOTH places. There was no electricity, no heat, no internet, TV , fridge or kettle or cooking because of this. My second day this is the same, it's 6 degrees and pouring with rain. My food is spoilt in fridge and can't heat water for tea. The owner refuses to modify my booking or give me a refund. He is rude and dishonest. I have to leave as this has less amenities than a prison cell. The government advised that works are taking place daily from 9am -6pm, owner knows this yet told booking I should of done my homework about this and informed myself. I am a tourist from UK! I cannot charge my phone and have to sit in my car for heat and charge. Owner is not helping and has misrepresented his place. He is still offering APTS for rent on booking, knowing there to be NO amenities. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Good place to stay in Bansko town

It is really big place but in really bad shape. Value price/quality was more than good because we paid about 20 euros a night but if I paid more I would be very unhappy. Kitchen is equiped poorely and most of the dishes were dirty/oily.However we stayed there few days and to be honest we would come back if the price is the same-)P.

Friendly and very helpful host. Easy communication, prompt response and he exceeded my expectations when I asked for assistance.

Noise from other units was heard in my unit, especially early mornings. The yard and the parking are still being developed and are messy/unclean.

Mountain view and a good internet connection.

Internet connection is perfect. Routers in each room. I worked remotely and had no problems with video calls. Checking in and out is easier than most places. Has a good kitchen.

A little more cutlery can be nice- a tray for baking, some washing detergent for the washing machine maybe.

Location was ok.

Too small, was advertised as sleeping 4 people, they would have to be dwarves. It was not really an apartment, just a room with a bit of a kitchen. There are better apartments with better facilities for the same amount of money.

Подвеждащата информация в резервацията. Размер 58 м2, а не е повече от 30. Посочена беше отделна дневна, а помещението беше общо, изключително тясно, неудобно за 3 -ма човека. Шумно чуват се всичко, защото дограмата е некачествена, няма врата и се чува всичко от коридора и от съседите отгоре. От абсорбатора постоянно мирише на готвено и трябва да се проветрява. Матраците, възглавниците изключително неудобни, чаршафите захабени. Нямаше сешоар. Камината е посочена като екстра, но за нея няма дърва. Напускане до 10 ч. също неприемливо, в повечето места е 11 и 12 ч.

Последни дни на лятото

Прекрасен просторен апартамент с голям хол и отделна спалня. Има балкон за удобство. В апартамента има всичко необходимо за престой, оборудвана кухня, фурна и котлони, микровълнова, кафе машина, тостер, ел.кана и др. Има камина и конвектори за отопление но не се е налагало да ги използваме. Леглата са удобни, има ютия, сешоар, пералня и принадлежности за почистване но без препарати. Апартамента има прекрасна гледка към планината. В близост има хранителен магазин, на 20 мин пешеходно разстояние от центъра. На 5 мин пеша до лифта е. Имахме всичко необходимо за приятна почивка.

Отседнахме в период в който от съседният строеж се вдигаше прекалено много шум още от 08:00ч сутринта. Също така имахме съседи които не се съобразяваха и постоянно тряскаха със сила балконската врата. Въпреки това препоръчвам това място за почивка.
