Studio lumineux situé au 3 ème étage (ascenseur) d'un immeuble récent.
Bien situé pour se rendre vers le Mmassif du refuge de Vihren.
Confortable. Nombreux rangements.
Cuisine bien équipée.
Grand lit avec une bonne literie et différents oreillers.
Salle de bain avec (enfin) un bac à douche et un rideau, et non une douche à l'italienne qui inonde toute la pièce.
Suggestion : il y a 2 tables de nuits avec prises de courant mais pas de lampe de chevet. Dommage car on doit se relever pour éteindre l'éclairage central.
L'immeuble se trouve dans une zone de logements collectifs récents. Actuellement, les infrastructures (rues, parkings, éclairages) ne sont pas faites = chemins cabossés et parking = terrain vague. Pas de nom sur l'immeuble, pas de numéro ni d'indication de bloc. Nous avons eu beaucoup de mal à nous repérer. Heureusement, la propriétaire nous a guidés en visio.

New, clean, and very cozy apartment with everything needed for a comfortable long-term stay. We stayed here twice already and would be happy to come back again.
It was also very convenient that parking near the building was always easy and without any problems.
Elena is a wonderful host — always available and quick to respond to any questions.

Тихо, спокойно. Вид на горы. По утрам поют птицы. Нормальный персонал. Был на связи. В номере всего хватало.
Нет дороги до комплекса. После дождя там грязь, асфальта нет. Вокруг ведется стройка. Комплекс почти пустой. Заселено пару квартир. Очень холодно. Его не отапливают. Внутри маленький кондиционер, полностью площадь обогревает плохо. В ванной холодно. Там нет батареи или теплого пола. В крыше живут голуби, шумят и серут. Далеко до центра.
