If you are on a budget

The place was really accaptable for its price price but basic comforts were missing

The windows were openning when the wind was strong and it got really cold and the apliances were not cleaned properly

An experience but not a nice one

The place was warm and had everything for us to cook there.

The owner is a rude hot headed woman. They play good cop bad cop with her being rude to us and her husband trying to fix everything. We checked in 2 hour late because we had to wait for them to clean the apartment( they are poorly organized and unprofessional) and after that the owner refused to let us check out late and she did not even apologized for the delay she just told me I have plans too when I mention how inconvenient this is. And on the second night the electricity cut off and we did not have hot water anymore since the water heater broke and they did not offer anything whatsoever but a refund for the night and we left the place and had to get an overpriced last minute place to stay. Overall very bad experience because of how unprofessional the owner was

Lovely apt with views in upper Bansko

+ Very nice studio in an upscale complex + Plentiful parking (we visited in the summer) nearby + Balcony with view to gardens and mountains + Has a kitchen + Great location in upper Bansko, hiking trails start next to the complex

Some details let it down, unfortunately: - kitchen a bit underequipped - shower attachment not on wall, handheld - we found the beds & bedding rather uncomfortable, and we didn't stay for our full booking

Despite the all good things, it was disappointing. We should have been warned

Amazing view, clean, bathroom with a bath tube and a lot of hot water

We had a huge dispute on the parking spot in front of the building with a stranger claiming to be the owner of the land. Later the staff confirmed by basically telling us to go find another place for parking (which were not able to find anyway). We were not warned about the problems with parking which ruined the stay. I was worried about my car the whole time

The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Is located in a quiet place at 15-20 min walk from the city center. Garlic restaurant is next door with very good food.

Value for money - 100%

Well equipped, clean, with everything functional, no drastic defects or broken appliances, clean and totally plug-and-play. The manager of the property was super fast and very friendly and made certain that I was completely set up in a matter of minutes.

Parking spaces are a bit limited during the busiest times (NYE, national holidays). There was nothing to extremely dislike, I guess whatever misgivings I may have are in regard to what the architects had missed as opportunities in designing some spaces, but the service and the value for money totally make up for it.

Very good ski holiday

The apartment is very nice, well equipped. It has a washing machine, coffee machine and all that you need for a very good stay (cooking pots, glasses etc) The area is quiet and the host is very kind.

Το διαμέρισμα είναι ευρύχωρο με δύο υπνοδωμάτια, δύο μπάνια και σαλονοκουζίνα. Ήταν καθαρό και περιποιημένο, είχε πετσέτες και κλινοσκεπάσματα. Στο σαλόνι έχει aircondition. Έξω από το συγκρότημα έχει δωρεάν πάρκινγκ.

Με τόσο χαμηλές θερμοκρασίες, το μικρό ηλεκτρικό καλοριφέρ δεν αρκεί για να ζεστάνει το ένα υπνοδωμάτιο. Θα πρέπει να μεριμνήσετε για κάποιο πιο ισχυρό σώμα. Επίσης δεν υπάρχει καθόλου θέρμανση στα μπάνια και είναι παγωμένα.

Луксозен район от частни апартхотели. Усещане за спокойствие и лукс. Апартамантът изключително чист и подреден. Без забележка и при път към Банско ще повторим задължително.

Единственото е, че лятото изглежда спират TV абонамента, което е в голяма степен разбираемо. Приемаме го и за плюс. Wi-Fi е топ и може да се гледа онлайн телевизия, ние така направихме.

Хорошее расположение, легко оставить машину прямо под подъездом в дом. Есть балкон с видом на горы. Первый раз зашли в комнату было очень приятно что был включен обогрев студии и туалета, сразу придало комфорта.

Все было хорошо, но можно было бы чуть улучшить, если бы простынь была на резинке и чуть больше, что бы во сне не стягивалась с матраса. На кухне есть все необходимое оборудование, порадовала духовка, но вот к сожалению не нашел масла для жарки, чая, кофе и тд.

Apartamentul poate fi confortabil daca nu se nimereste intr-o perioada atat de rece cum am prins noi, cu temperaturi noaptea de pana la -15C, pt ca incalzirea electrica nu face fata.

Nu am putut lua legatura cu proprietarul prin telefon sau sms, nu am whatsupp. Cheia nu era in cutia cu cifru, proprietarul nu raspundea. Defapt cheia era la femeia de la curatenie care nu terminase de pregatit camera la 15.40 desi am anuntat ca sosesc la ora 15. Am sunat in alta zi sa intreb daca se poate folosi semineul, dar nu am reusit sa dau de proprietar. Lemnul de pe fatada cladirii este scorojit, cladirea este foarte slab izolata, in apartament era frig, 17-18C. Am lasat pornite cat un calorifer electric in fiecare camera si aerul conditionat in living ca sa avem 20C. Acasa stau la 23C. Era un singur tv in living cu diagonala mica si fara cablu tv, doar youtube si se auzea foarte prost in difuzoare. Fierbatorul de apa era ruginit, nu am putut sa incalzim apa in el pt ceai. In cel putin trei zile a trebuit sa suportam zgomote de la reparatii din alte apartamente, bormasina, lovituri cu ciocanul.
