St Ivan Rilski spacious apartment

The flat is in a good location, it was warm all the time. It had utensils, pots, glasses and plates which is great if you need to do your food. It is spacious, so it’s not a tiny flat. It has a very nice balcony and you can have a great view. It is in a quiet area.

First of all, the flat looks very promising with the photos of the spa, however the spa is 51€ per person and is not included in your stay. For some reason, when I booked it, it didn’t say additional charges for the spa, it only showed when it was already booked. I would say this is misleading, we booked it mainly because of the spa. If you ski, you won’t have enough time to enjoy it because it closes around 8.30pm. Secondly, there is no free parking as it is stated, you have to park in the dirt or pay the parking for the hotel, which is 10€ per day. When I was booking, it gave me an option for free airport shuttle, but when asked the host, it was quickly removed as an option from the booking. The sofa bed mattress is extremely uncomfortable, it’s so thin that you can feel the wooden planks underneath. Most of the dishes and cutlery were dirty and we had to rewash them. There was only one key provided which was very annoying. The TV in the bedroom was old and didn’t work.
