A perfect apartment, in a great location for our ski week in Bankso!

The apartment was perfect for a ski week in Bansko with my two sons. It is exactly like the photographs, with spacious airy rooms and all facilities you need. It is only a 5 minute walk from the bars and shops (with a supermarket next door) and 10 minutes to the gondola.

The shower is a bit temperamental, but only a minor issue. There is no elevator, but we knew that before booking the apartment so it didn't bother us.

Overall we had a good time in Bansko

Apartment was clean and good size for family of 4. Easy to get in with code - no keys needed. Everything you need is there. Short walk to gondola (about 10 min with kids). Quiet area. Was warm in winter.

We had issues with hot water(turning off while showering) so taking shower was a nightmare! Contacted host but didn't resolve issue during our stay. Apartment could do with a bit of maintenance. Lit a fire in fireplace but I would say chimney needs a clean as it died very quickly.

Pleasant and comfortable

.A pleasant apartment with a mountain view Julia was helpful and pleasant even on short notice of our arrival. The place has good heating, which was important in October, didn't notice if it has air conditioning. There is a supermarket open 24/7 a few minutes away by foot

. The apartment is on the 5th floor, this was not a problem for us but may be a problem for others The kitchen could be better equipped in terms of basics such as oil and spices.

I would reccomend the apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and independent stay in Bansko. The place offers great value for the price - it's very clean, well divided, spacious. The beds were comfortable and you can catch some great views from the windows. There are all basics necessary, including the kitchen area, where you can prepare your own food. There is a laundry available, which is great if you are staying longer. The distance from the center is walkable if you prefer places slightly away from the crowds. Loved it, thanks Julia!
