Lovely 2 bedroom apartment in a central location!

The apartment was clean, well equipped and warm on arrival! There are two balconies, good sized wardrobes and facilities to wash and dry clothing. The use of the spa facilities across the road is an added bonus. The apartment is conveniently located, with the Main Street only a minute away where you’ll find bars, restaurants and supermarkets. It is only 5-7mins walk to the gondola.

Great affordable place to stay with amazing location

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The location is simply perfect, literally minutes from the gondola. A lot of supermarkets and restaurants in the vicinity. If you don’t want to use shuttle buses or a car, this is the place to stay. It is very spacious and there’s a balcony from the living room, as well as from the two bedrooms. The spa is small and quite old, but in the hotel, and enough for a bit of relaxing after skiing. We enjoyed it as well. You can arrange meals at the hotel, which was also convenient. Not the best food, though, a bit too greasy for my taste. All in all, we will definitely stay again here. We loved Bansko, skiing there, the people, and this flat 😊

The internet was really slow, but the owner assured us he was going to fix this.

Exceptional

The owner Charis communicated with us from the moment we booked the apartment. He was extremely accommodating and helpful. He provided us with all important information in advance and answered our questions. The apartment is about 300 meters from the gondola, is well spatially designed and comfortably equipped, with beautiful mountain views. We sunbathed on the terrace by the bedrooms in February afternoons and had lunch at noon. In the morning you can watch the sunrise from the bedroom window. Our ski stay was perfectly complemented by the possibility to use the swimming pool in the opposite hotel.

Location

The water was cut off mid way through the holiday and not turned back on. Angry residents at the block turned up at the door about leaking water from the apartment. Complained to booking.com. No compensation nor refund. Totally unacceptable. Hang your head booking.com.

Superb

Appartment is spacious an comfy enough for 4 persons. We were not missing anything we needed. You can cook, which I wouldn't recommend having all good dining options around. Breakfast is available for additional charge and is satisfying, but you can prepare your own or grab something on your way and eat it while you are queuing at the gondola. There is a central heating, but additional electrical heaters are available, which we were not using. Location is great - just 7 min walk from the gondola.

Чудесно местополжение, близо до лифта на много тиха улица. Има достатъчно място около апартамента, където може да се паркира безплатно. Срещу апартамента има чудесен ресторант на добри цени и малък детски кът за игра за деца. Съвсем наблизо има и денонощен супермаркет, където също правят много хубаво кафе и капучино за 2 лева. Голям апартамент, просторни стаи, прекрасна гледка от балконите. Големи и удобни легла. Също е голямо удобство, че има асансьор в сградата.

Интернетът е слаб и се губи сигналът на моменти. Телевизорите не предаваха добре детските канали.
