You can find parking a bit further away from the property Google maps GPS navigation can be confusing as the apartment is between some residental area Some noise on Sat night coming from a nearby Bar

Good

It was easy with the self check-in, host was really nice and sent us orientation details in order to find the apartment. It was really close to the ski lift and for us this was the best thing, because we went to Bansko for skiing. Apartment has good facilities if you want to cook the bare minimum.

We did not like the fact that neighbors were constantly smoking and you could feel the smell from the apartament. We were running out of hot water after the first shower and the second person wanting to take a shower had to wait until the water got hot again.

There was no dedicated parking space. We had to park on the street most of the time.

Great value for this place!

- Starting with the small, but with a huge impact on us detail, that there's no fee for the dog! - The host and the lady, that's helping him are really nice and helpful! Had some issues with the internet, they brought us a separate router and fixed the issue really fast. - The location is great for the summer (outside of winter seasons). Quiet, stores nearby, and a great starting point for the bike trips before/after work to the nearby tracks. - Due to the position of the room, most of the day we didn't need air con, the temperature was perfect for working from the apartment. - overall great value for what you get

- No mosquito nets on the windows - Shower space is really narrow - Some problems with the elevator

Pleasant experience

The room has every amenity for preparing meals. Pans for cooking , toaster , electric kettle , salt and sugar, tea and coffee. sunflower oil and dish soap. Satellite service with many television and radio channels. Close to the gondola

In June there was nobody in the area and all supermarkets and restaurants are close. Maybe is better location the center instead near the gondola during low season.

Great place to stay

The apartment is very close to the gondola roughly a 3 to 5 minutes walk. It's also next door to the supermarket which is very convenient, we were a group of 5 people split into a 2 and a 3 as we had 2 apartments. We could easily have breakfast and dinner in the larger apartment with all 5 of us sat comfortably. The apartments themselves were very clean, very very warm, in fact we quite often didn't even have the heating on. You have everything you need in the kitchen and also a decent hair dryer in the bathroom. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone and I will definitely be staying there again on my next visit to bansko.

Spacious, reasonably well equipped with lift to upper floors.

Major road construction outside apartment, which meant parking about 200 metres away and wouldn’t be suitable for many people to carry luggage this distance. There should be a warning about this in advance of booking.
