The apartment is clean and pleasant to stay. There are 2 separate single beds, nicely equipped kitchen and big bath. Balcony is nice for relaxing evenings, even if the view is directly on the next hotel and construction field. Wifi connection is fine. Underground parking place as a big bonus for auto travellers.

1) Guests are expected to collect (and even to drop off) the keys from the locker box in the opposite part of the city. We traveled by car this time, so it was not too critical. But if you do not have auto, consider 30 min walk uphill from key's location to your apartment. I understand this is convenient for hosts, but far away from any hospitality for guests. Nonsense. 2) We are very disappointed as SPA pass is not included, and this fact is hidden in the description. Sorry, but you can not call it "SPA and Pool" if they are just separate facilities nearby. We stayed in other rooms of this apartment complex already 2 times and SPA access cards were always included, with almost similar accommodation price. We would definitely look for other booking options, knowing that this one is just a room.
