Ease of check in and everything we needed for our stay.
Under bed had rubbish under it, but everything else was excellent.

Warm, cozy place. Lots of space. Good quality furniture and utilities. Reserved parking is a big plus. A small grocery shop nearby had everything we needed. Check-in was smooth. We enjoyed our stay very much.
Booking.com is showing the house closer to Gondola lift than in reality. The real walking time is 13 mins, also confirmed by Google Maps. You could hear neighbors upstairs as if they were in your room. BUT I still give 10 overall for the great value for money.
