Great location apartment, near the gondola and main street. Really helpful host.

The host contacted me before we even left to travel to the country to let me know about the collection of the keys. He was also able to answer questions before we even arrived. They also gave some nice tips around the area. The apartment is in a great location, only a short walk to the gondola and main streets. There were no issues with noise.

Very small detail but the plates and glasses presumably left by the previous guests were not fully cleaned. We therefore had to do this ourselves again. The shower whilst really good to use, has a leak from the shower head, the host may want to replace this.

Would stay again

Literally so cozy and comfortable. It was always warm and the bathroom was so so nice. It had everything we needed and more. Location was great, everything is so close by including the gondola. Everyone we spoke to about the apartment was so helpful. Check in and check out was also super easy.

Nothing not to like. One time the hot water stopped mid shower but that wasn’t really an issue for me.

Could be better...

The coffee and the location.

The apartment is very small, it is not at all for 2 adults with 2 children. I do not recommend it for a family, but only for a couple. The bathroom is in the bedroom, so those who sleep in the living room have to go over those in the bedroom to go to the bathroom. The sofa, which is extendable, is broken, so it cannot be used by adults, perhaps by children, but children can also fall with it because it is not stable. The apartment is not child friendly at all! And it is not suitable for 4 people like we were!

Exceptional

Very warm and cozy apartment. The living room was a great room to gather and watch movies after a day of skiing. Parking place is free and near the building in a courtyard (off the street but not exactly guarded by a fence). The bed and even the couch were pleasant enough to sleep for at least 3 nights.

Just brilliant!

The apartment is amazing. What you see is what you get. Great location. Has everything you need to feel at home. Parking space ia available which was a huge bonus. The landlord and the flat manager went beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Definitely one of thw best places we've stayed in Bankso. Highly recommend this property!

Nice place for sky holidays

Overall a nice stay. Good location, about 5 min walk to the gondola. We booked our ski equipment to Inter Bansko center which offered the facility of storing the boots over night, so the walk to/from the location was very comfortable. The owner was very responsive and provided lots of useful info before arriving. The apartment is nice, clean and with all you need, but I would rather say it is for a couple as the living couch for the third person is terrible, unless you use it without extending it.

Living couch not appropriate for night sleep, the yellow light in the kitchen, the TV remote which requires all the patience to use it.

Enjoyed our stay

The place is neat, nicely decorated and comfy. In these times when restaurants are closed, it's a very good solution. It's a suitable choice for a couple, max a couple plus one child.

Some kitchen appliances didn't work and some consumables were missing. Ivan brought them upon our request.

Salondaki kanepenin açılır yatağı çok rahatsız ve çarşafı çok ince ve kirliydi. Su ısıtma ile çalıştığı için idareli kullanmak gerekiyor. Kalabalık aile iseniz sıcak su bitiyor ve tekrar ısınması için beklemek zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Ev olduğu için havlu ve çarşaf yenileme şansı bulunmuyor. Evdeki eşyalar çok eski. Kısacası yenilenmeye ihtiyacı var.

אהבנו הכל! הדירה מעוצבת יפה ונותנת אווירה חמימה ונעימה והרגשה ביתית. מים חמים, מיטה גדולה, סלון, מטבח מאובזר. כל מה שצריך. נמצאת במרחק הליכה ממרכז העיר ומהגונדולה. בעל הדירה, לאוניד, עזר לנו בכל מה שביקשנו מעל ומעבר וכך גם העוזר שלו, איוון. מומלץ בחום, נשמח לחזור לשם שוב :)

חיסרון יחיד זה שאין מעלית. אבל לפחות הדירה שקיבלנו נמצאת בקומה הראשונה.
