Great apartements but I would stay on the other side of block due to Amigo's Bar being noisy.

Great Location close to the main lift and all the resturants

Our appartement was the side of Amigos Bar which gave use a couple of late nights as we couldn't sleep due to the music until 1-2 in the morning.

1. really, really noisy up until around 2am each night. 2. neither bedside lamp worked. 3. shower leaked all over bathroom each time it was used. 4. tv didn’t work 5. light in kitchen didn’t work. 6. sheets didn’t even fit the beds 7. boiler/hot water system was faulty so didn’t provide hot water most of the time. 8. pool was closed for no apparent reason. they cannot blame covid as other pools were open in apartments and hotels in Bansko. 9. sofa had cushions missing. 10. shower attachment broke. 11. no toilet roll and no toilet roll holders. 12. no bin in kitchen so had to buy and use bin bags on the floor. 13. pillows and duvets were dirty

Disappointing

Location was good, really close to the gondola.

The pool was closed which was really disappointing, and I'm sure it didn't say it was closed when I booked it. Also, the bedsheets didn't fit any of the beds which was super annoying. It can't be that hard to get sheets that fit.

Really nice place, close to the slopes, amazing view and good facilities inside the hotel: SPA, pool

The location of the apartment and the fact that we had sauna and the swimming pool all included. Also the fact that the staff was very friendly and a good communication was established right from the beggining.

We didn't lile the facilities from the bathroom and some things around the apartment were not in their place, like some cupboards, the one in the bedroom with two single beds, was useless because it did not have a shelf where to store clothes on it. And also in the bathroom, every time when we had to take a shower, the water leaking everywhere although we were using the tarp all the time and also some metal hangers were not in place.
