Spacious, comfy and convenient apartment next to Bansko's gondola

The flat is spacious, comfortable and convenient. It had everything we needed to spend a few days skiing in bansko. Getting to the gondola is less than a 5 minute walk and when you return home there's everything you require to cook dinner for a family. Polina was always available to solve any queries we might have had.

The perfect place in Bansko.

We had an excellent stay at Polina and Dima’s apartment. The place is modern, tastefully minimalist, and not cluttered like many other rentals. At the same time, it has everything you need, and thanks to the generous layout you never feel cramped. The large windows bring in a lot of natural light, which makes the apartment feel bright throughout the day. The heating works very well, so the apartment was always comfortably warm. The internet was fast — important for me because I was working during my stay. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the living room was for longer working sessions, even though it’s not a dedicated office space. The couch is also very comfortable, perfect for relaxing in between tasks. The location couldn’t be better: quiet and peaceful, yet only a 10-minute walk from the town center with restaurants, shops, and everything you might need. There is also a small grocery store just around the corner, which was very convenient. For guests without a car, it’s great that you can start hikes directly from the apartment — something we really enjoyed. And taxis are easy to get if you want to explore further. What truly made the stay exceptional were the hosts. Polina and Dima live in the same building, so if you ever need anything, they’re immediately available. Communication was excellent; they always replied within minutes. Most importantly, they made us feel more like friends visiting rather than just guests. Their warmth and genuine care for their place and their guests made a big difference. We also loved meeting the dogs they look after — they greeted us every day and added a lovely touch to the stay. Overall, this apartment is highly recommended. Great space, perfect location, and truly outstanding hosts.

A super host, super apartment and a lovely time in Bansko - thank you!

This property was very spacious and well supplied with everything our family of 5 needed. It was very well located, 2 min walk to the Gondola and very central to all bars/restaurants without the noise factor! I particularly liked the Nespresso machine and the pods which were provided. We could cook if we wished and there is a washing machine if needed. This apartment is a little gem in Bansko!

Great base for hiking in the Pirin mountains

The three things I particularly appreciated in the apartment were as follows: 1) Washing machine - if you hike for five days in the Pirin mountains, you'll definitely need it. 2) The wardobes - there were large shelves and not huge spaces for coat hangers. Packing out and in has never been so easy. 3) The towels - they were in six different colors, so you always knew which was yours. There is a good Greek restaurant on the ground floor of building A, with vegan options.

There was a continuous dripping of the water heater in the bathroom, so we had to keep its door closed at night to avoid the noise.

The appartment is big and the rooms are more than enough for 4 people. It was clean and the balcony is accesible from all the rooms. Our host helped us with information and everything we need. A lot of rental ski equipment in the area + good restaurants. One of the best position. 5 minutes until gondola lift.

Great apartment, nothing really to dislike. Clean, good size, good location and the few issues we did have were rectified by the host very quickly. Highly recommend, we did a long stay and had no complaints at all!

A great place for a ski vacation!

The apartment is amazingly spacious, really close to ski gondola and all the restaurants and shops. Everything you might need is there - well equipped kitchen, huge beds and closets and one a half bathroom really does the trick for a family of four. Polina is also such a kind and no-fuss host, only a message/call away for anything you might need!

The living/dining room is lovely and has the AC for heating, but it's hard to get it to be as warm and comfy as the bedrooms. The bathroom could use some better lighting. The sound insulation is a bit off, but that's the problem of the whole building.

Perfect location amazing hosts

The location is amazing, very close to the gondula!! The hosts are extremely helpful, I travel allot and I never had this kind of hospitality. I was with my kids and the apartment is huge and well equipped.

The apartment was great. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is also great - literally a 3 minutes walk to the Gondola. Polina is also wonderful, she always answered any questions quickly and she was extremely kind to send us back some forgotten things. I'd recommend it to anyone who is planning a holiday in Bansko.

Nice flat close to gondola, very nice hosts

The flat is really nice, clearly refurbished not long ago, beds are very comfortable, etc. It is very close to the ski rental shops and the gondola lift, which is important given that Bansko is actually very big. The host is lovely and very helpful, we had a very pleasant stay.

Poziție excelentă aproape de centru, cafenele și restaurant"Station" unde am mâncat foarte bine! Gazda comunica in permanenta rezolvând toate micutele probleme, mereu serviabilă! Acces la balcon din cele 2 dormitoare și din living!

Patul din dormitorul mare scârțâie la orice mișcare în schimb canapea din sufragerie este foarte încăpătoare și comoda așa că am făcut schimb! Apartament pe răsărit, draperii transparente, ...trezire matinala!
