Nicely furnished accommodation but very unfriendly reception and this spoiled the whole experience.

Never had breakfast and it was never mentioned when we arrived. Hosts awful

On arrival we were asked to give our credit card details including the CCV - to be written on a piece of paper for everyone to see or abuse. As we refused to do this they wanted R1000 in cash for breakages (upfront) which could be reimbursed a few days after our departure. Very unfriendly on arrival - no offer of tea, dinner or even breakfast.

Nice new and very clean accommodation.

Would have been great if there was a starter pack for lighting the indoor fire. It was cold, so 1x small bag of wood and 2 firefighters would have saved us having to get back into the car to go to the shop after we’d just arrived. Also, you need an adaptor for the hairdryer. Wasn’t able to use it cause there was no where to plug it in.

The cottage had everything that we needed. Well equipped kitchen, clean, and quality linnen. The garden and grounds of the entire property is well maintained and very green. Complimentary tea, coffee and sugar.

So much thought has gone into the property, the styling, the sustainability, the comfort. We lived our stay very much

It was spotlessly clean, the design was gorgeous and the view amazing!!!

The lights were a bit weird, couldn’t figure out the upstairs lights. The downstairs shower was very blocked- this was not good to shower In a pool of water at our feet. Yucky.

An absolute jewel in Paternoster. We received a Wonderful welcome and wonderful warm service. Aloe house is beautifully decorated. We loved the linen and extra touch of the hot blanket. Adored the doggy bed and treats for Diego our bulldog. The view is stunning and we loved that we could hear the sea. We definitely will be back..Can't wait. We applaude your team,and this wonderful guest cottage. Best wishes Gail Cole

Location was great, really stylish cottage! We stayed in the Acacia Cottage, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms downstairs. The living area with kitchen is upstairs, 2 terraces overlooking the ocean.

The cottage is clean and in great location

The loft bedroom is a problem and visitors should be made aware that the bedroom is upstairs and not suitable for people with health issues. Bathroom is also tiny and door cannot even open fully. Cleaning service only comes in very late in afternoon.
