Great value for money but check it meets your requirements

Nice outdoor seating areas, place was clean. Karine was excellent, very responsive and attentive. We booked the boat tour through her and it was a great day out, it included the sugarloaf Peak climb (hard). Aircon worked great, privacy film on all windows, free mosquito repellent for tenants to use. It is quite far from the Historic Town, probably about 20 minutes walk. But it's a straight road the whole way. There are two big supermarkets right across the road, super convenient. Tvs had heaps of channels and Disney+. Lorry depot behind the grounds but didn't make much noise late into the night or early in the morning.

No oven in the kitchen unfortunately but the pictures do show this. Like all places in Paraty lots of mosquitos, so not always an option to leave the windows open to let the container air out. The steps are attached to the grey container, they make a fair amount of noise when people walk up. Depending who does the whole container shakes as well. Bathroom door was quite difficult to open. Biggest thing for us was the bed, the mattress isn't really a mattress. It's a solid wooden base with a sort of built in cotton layer, ours had a thin memory foam layer on top aswell but it didn't do much. Unfortunately the bed/mattress situation was a big problem, we hardly slept and ended up with sore back and necks.

Great stay!!

Good location, down the road from 2 big supermarkets. Not too far from the bus station. Comfy room with lovely bed and TV. TV was logged into all the major apps which was great. Strong WiFi. Easy check-in. Overall, a very comfy stay and great value for money.

The shower didn’t seem to have an option to alter the temperature so it was cooler than we’d have liked

Great for solo travelers

It was my first time staying in this type of accommodation and it was a positive experience. The room was comfortable, clean and had a nice courtyard so you didn't have to just sit on the bed when you wanted to relax. It is a great value accomodation and is perfect for solo travelers who want a private room with a private bathroom.

The room is very small and there is little room to do anything other than sleep so it is really only appropriate for a couple or solo traveler to use.

Hospedagem prática e aconchegante!

Subestimei um pouco por se tratar de uma acomodação montada dentro de um container, mas gostei da experiência. O quarto possui samart TV, ar-condicionado, wi-fi e um banheiro completo e com box de bom tamanho. A cozinha, apesar de ser compartilhada, não atrapalhou em nada. Os itens ficam com o nome anotado na geladeira e não houve problema com isso, como um hostel. Fica a 20min a pé do centro histórico, então andei a pé quase a semana toda por lá. Próximo da hospedaria tem tudo, 2 supermercados, padaria, farmácia, restaurantes... Custo x benefício é sensacional!!! O atendimento dos anfitriões também é ótimo, super atenciosos.

Deve ficar claro, que por se tratar de um quarto dentro de um container, o quarto em si é pequeno, mas para o propósito (que é tomar banho, comer e dormir) está ótimo! Isso não é um ponto negativo se você já vai sabendo o que vai encontrar. Recomendo a hospedaria, com certeza!

Os donos são simpáticos solícitos, educados, fomos muito bem recebidos e acomodados. A cozinha compartilhada é excelente, bem equipada, a área externa é um charme, o quarto confortável. Fica no centro, perto de um supermercado, a rua é calma e fácil para estacionar.

Impecavelmente limpo: roupa de cama, toalhas e instalações. Existe uma cozinha comunitária, com geladeira, fogão, microondas e filtro de água. A localização é boa. Percebemos cuidados nos detalhes.

Nossa hospedagem teria sido excelente não fosse um importante detalhe: a cama era muuuito desconfortável. Ficamos no container azul, a espuma do colchão era extremamente fina, ao ponto de termos tido muitas dores nas costas, quando deitávamos de lado o quadril encostava no madeiramento da cama, de tão fina ou gasta a espuma do colchão. Tentaram colocar uma cama acolchoada mas não resolveu. Seria interessante a troca urgente do colchão.
