There nothing I can put here about the property….. So if I really had to it would be the pots of flowers outside the door could be trimmed more

Everything - lovely cottage with everything you need in it for either staying in and keeping cozy in the awful weather or being out and about in Hebden and the Calder valley.
Special mention goes to the eiderdown, the view, the books, the cereals, and the long teaspoons :)

Lovely little cottage short walk into the centre , was nice to sit in front of the log fire after getting caught out in the rain a few times and also sat around while we had tea , bed was very comfy , nice surroundings. Would recommend anyone staying , we only stopped for two nights wish we had stayed longer , cereal and coffee etc provided and lots of spices which we didn't use but all in all very pleasant 10/10 .

The cottage was very peaceful and very clean. My favourite things were the purple Oxalis plant and the lovely old rug that moulded itself round the flagstones on the floor. My partner loved the amazing shower and the complimentary cereal variety pack. The cottage is perfectly placed for access to Hebden Bridge centre and walking distance of the railway station. We would definitely stay again next time we are down in Calderdale.
We only had one tiny issue and that was that the thermostat was a bit difficult to use. It seemed to put the temperature up no matter which way we turned it. In the end we tried scrolling it round very very fast and it kind of worked. But maybe it needs checking.

Absolutely beautiful cosy cottage. Bathroom was very up to date and well-maintained. Clean and tidy. All bathroom and kitchen facilities in great working order. Heating was very easy to operate and the rooms got warm very quickly so we didn't need to have the heating on for long. Comfortable bed and clean bedding and towels provided. Kitchen was nicely stocked with condiments, although some sauces were out of date. The cottage had a lovely cosy, very zen feel about it, and the view from the back was beautiful and very secluded - no one looking into the room, so you could keep the blinds up all night.
WiFi and TV was very intermittent. TV kept resetting frequently which was frustrating.

Very homely, and lovely views over the valley and in keeping with Hebden’s vibe. Kitchen had all you needed with tea, coffee and milk. Cereals and jams provided too. Modern shower room and huge filled bookcase. Log burner made up ready but not needed with good central heating.

The property is so pretty and whimsical, the heating system is fast and easy to use, views are spectacular and the decor it’s so charming. It’s a lovely little bolt hole from which to explore the surrounding area. The fire burner provides a lovely cozy feel and the road is quiet (yet steep). We had no difficulties finding parking as it was just a few meters down the road. The bathroom is small but stylishly done out and the shower has great water pressure and instant hot water. The place was very clean and tidy and I’d like to give a special mention to whatever air freshener is used it smelled so good.
The only 2 things I could fault were 1 - the bed was quite rickety and a little slanted, but despite that still very comfortable. 2 - the noise from upstairs neighbours was a little intrusive on the evenings due to me having sensory issues with noise and not realising that the property is an under dwelling of a residential home. However the host dealt with this issue in a very fast, polite and understanding manner and went above and beyond to ensure I wasn’t left feeling put out, truly a wonderful person and I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting.

Charming and eclectic, this property was a delight to stay in. Situated close to the station, the main town as well as near Heptonstall and Stoodley Pike, this is a perfect place to stay for a quiet retreat. The hosts were very friendly and kind!!

We had a lovely stay at the cottage! The place was cosy and had all the facilities we needed for a couple of nights. We were impressed by the array of spices in the kitchen and the bed was super comfortable. A little gem just a short walk away from the town. Thankyou 😊
A mirror would help somewhere in the living room as there are no plugs in the bathroom.

Nothing really. The TV was a bit hit and Miss trying to find a channel but I just used my laptop.

Excellent location from which to explore Hebden Bridge and surrounding area. The on-street parking was good and close to property. We left the car where it was for our 2 night stop. Shower excellent and all well equipped kitchen. Bed looked a bit odd, but was very comfortable. Free Netflix appreciated as we could catch up on a series. Overall a very comfortable place to stay
We thought the bed against wall would be a bit of a problem, but it was not really.

The instructions to get there were v helpful, and communication with the host was easy and straightforward. The cottage has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is in a great location for a short walk to the town, pubs, market, takeaway and canal. The supply of tea and coffee and fresh milk was an added bonus as I usual take my own stuff but had left it out of my packing.

Quirky, little cottage in a quiet street with views over to Hebden Bridge. comfortable bed. Good shower. Good central heating. Enjoyed our stay.

Lovely little place in great location, good value.
Proper curtains needed to keep out the early morning light.
Small dining table would be useful.
I think I had my car vandalised for parking outside a nearby house, legally parked as well. It was keyed and had road grit thrown over it. No proof but quite likely.

Lovely relaxed place to stay with great views over the valley. Really cosy stay with plenty of fuel provided for the stove. Bed was comfortable with lovely cosy duvet. Bathroom was lovely with a really powerful shower and the kitchen had everything you could need for 2 people. Nice little design features everywhere and pleasant environment
Towels were a bit small

We loved this place. A beautiful haven with a deeply calm energy that did us the world of good. It has heart and soul, unlike so many holiday lets these days, and a kind spirit reflected in the price. You can tell this is also someone's home, but it very quickly felt like ours too. Lovely decor, a wall of books, gorgeous furniture, cosy even with lots of exposed stone (you might still want to bring slippers), light given the windows looking over the valley, clean and functional bathroom, and the most well stocked kitchen we've ever rented! The kind of place you want to keep a secret. Thanks for a lovely stay, we'd love to come back.
The location on Google Maps didn't match the street address, so it took a little more finding than anticipated.

Nutclough location gives perfect access to the town centre, a few minutes walk. The apartment was great and the fire was most welcome on a chilly evening. The whole apartment was warm and comfortable. It has been turned into an apartment very sympathetically and you get a good sense of its former use. A fascinating place with a great selection of books. Recommend.

The cottage is in a good location for exploring Hebden Bridge on foot. There were good clear instructions about everything. There was an excellent supply of kitchen items for cooking and ground coffee and cafattiere were appreciated for breakfast. The kitchen is very small so definitely a one person at a time experience. There was a bit of an issue with teh flush lever on the toilet which had broken but the toilet did still flush. Also the hand basin in the bathroom was very slow to drain. The shower was good. It was nice that there were logs available for the log fire though in fact it was warm enough when we stayed to not need to use the log fire at all. The bed was comfortable as were the chairs provided.
The lighting in the main room could have been brighter. The bathroom could have been better maintained in terms of the the basin draining quicker and the flush lever being repaired. The cutlery drawer in the kitchen also needs some looking at as it got stuck at one point.
