Outside space is very rare in Hebden Bridge but the apartment comes with its own rear private patio.

Hebden Bridge has a strong cafe culture with many outside seating areas and cosy cafes. The apartment is perfectly placed to access the eclectic restaurants, cafes and bars including the well known Trades Club featuring popular live music which attracts bands from far and wide.

The area has a wide range of cycle routes and walks for all abilities. It is famous for its independent shops and since the filming of TVs Happy Valley is now a regular location for filming. This cosy room offers an intimate retreat with dual aspect velux windows fitted with black out blinds. There is a luxury leather TV bed, making it the perfect place to unwind and relax and is perfect for a restful nights sleep.
The front velux window pushes fully upwards so that you can stand and look out over the village from the comfort of your own home. This is especially useful when you want to see what's going on without leaving the house or to watch the handmade parade without the crowds.

Outside the garden area is fenced off for total privacy. There are planters and a small decked patio which is not overlooked and is great to sit and enjoy a drink in the afternoon sun.

The location is fabulous! View out the front windows of the village square, a short stroll away, which is empty and peaceful during the night and interesting to watch it get increasingly buzzing as the day begins. So nice to walk down to grab a pastry and cappuccino in the morning as a treat. This apartment has everything one needs for a comfortable stay including a unique and private patio. Perfect for a couple.
