Hazel Oaks

We loved the hot tub and the sitting room area which was quite spacious to chill out together after a busy day. It was a lovely lodge not too far away from the club house for a meal on a night time etc.

Nothing it was good

This is our 2nd time visiting Hazel Oaks, we like the location on the park. Towels provided are very good quality and lodge always clean. Biscuits on arrival and bottle of Prosecco in fridge was a nice touch.

There should be large bins for the rubbish at each end of the lodges for people without cars to put the rubbish in ,it's to much for people to walk down to where they r now ,and I don't think u should strip the beds ,that's for the cleaner's to do ,and being fined £20 is terrible.

Location facilities food and entertainment was great. Lovely and peaceful and a great place to stay.

The lodge itself could have done with a bit of maintenance work on the outside and inside. There were large stains on sofa covered by a blanket which was unacceptable as one of our family members had to sleep on this! Also the shower heads were disgusting and therefore my father couldn't shower all weekend as he is disabled and couldn't use the bath. The outside near hottub was really grubby the mat which you have to stand on to enter the hot tub was all ripped. There was no lighting on the decking so couldn't really see getting in and out of hottub when it's dark. And overall outside looked grubby.also we were due to leave on Monday and the heating and hott water went off sunday . Also the radiators were disgusting full of rust .
