Well presented, everything that we needed was there and lovely little extra touches like washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, tea and coffee. There was also a lovely little welcome hamper.
The steps into the main door of the caravan are a bit damaged and wobbly but that was our only issue.

Good location and very comfortable. Quiet too most of the time. Easy reach of most of the attractions we wanted to see and close to beaches. Nice sitting out area and hot tub.
Welcome pack was much appreciated - good communication with owner/managers prior to arrival.
The EV charger wasn’t working which was a big blow but hardly the fault of the property! There was a cracked mug and glass which we separated and put on a top shelf out of the way which perhaps suggests a lack of care and attention to checking the state of things? Only two tea spoons which seemed a bit odd. Finally, no instructions in how to use anything or about departure arrangements.

Loved the private area around the hot tub was an added bonus due to our grandson being autistic made our stay more relaxing the grandkids loved the disco and the cowboy hats which i thought was reasonable for the price overall great location for a couple of nights away
The kids could get up and go straight into the garden with this being in closed I found this less stressful and the kids loved it that was the whole point of the holiday

The location here is brilliant. The hottub was nice. The property was clean.
The caravan itself is very dated. The outside needs maintenance, weeds, bits of frame loose around the patio doors, the stairs felt wobbly and unsafe. The kitchen vinyl floor is all warped. The beds were uncomfortable. Although the propert was clean, their was a foisty smell that lingered even after the doors/windows being open.
