Fantastic property, photos did not do it justice. Extremely quiet location, absolutely spotless and really comfortable.
We arrived very late and weren’t quite sure how to find the caravan on park. A quick google threw up a site map but it might be helpful to signpost this in advance. Finding the keys was quick and easy and we were in very smoothly and easily.

The ease of turning up, collecting keys and entry. The park itself is good. Quite a walk to the gold club/bar, kids enjoyed themselves on the play park and using the hot tub.
Everything felt a little rundown, the carpet/hard floor separator was falling apart, The hot tub itself was missing 13 of the jet plastic covers and had no neck cushions in - left you sitting quite uncomfortably and being scratched now and again. The carpet needed a clean or wasn't fully hoovered, what seemed like a section of wall was missing for behind the hot tub. The decking could have done with at least a brush, it was covered in tree seeds/leaves which in turn all ended up in the hot tub too.
We didnt notice in the details of the property but there was CCTV - more so a ring doorbell. Hidden high up, this made us feel uncomfortable when noticed. Adults, teenagers and small kids in bathing suites going into the hot tub and back. Plus listening in on everything said. Would say this is not appropriate for paying guests.
it also felt odd the amount of signs and pieces of paper stuck onto cupboards and walls. it was very over the top and took the welcome holiday feel away.
