Relaxing and comfortable!

Everything was snug and charming and perfectly clean. We did not use the kitchen - except to gather for coffee! - but it looked like it had everything you might need.

The midges were terrible, but I can’t blame that on Liz!

Excellent location in central area of Skye. Made all parts of Isle of Skye accessible in short easy drives. Good areas nearby for hiking, running, sheep and cow viewing, excellent pottery store and excellent restaurants nearby.

Beautifully renovated cottage in a quiet location. Very comfortable beds and a well supplied kitchen. Our host was very helpful and friendly.

A fabulous two nights at a cosy cottage

The property was very cosy, well appointed and tastefully decorated. A bonus was the washing machine and drying room!! We could have stayed another day but had to move on. Liz, the host, came to say hello and let us know of a Quiz and Games night held at the Community Centre next door. We attended and had a great night with the local community 🙂 It was a great base for the northern east loop of Skye.

The only negative for us over 60s was the steep staircase. There was a handrail which was a necessity.

The accommodations was PERFECT! Everything you need is here. Right in the middle between poetry and Dunvegan. 10 minutes and either direction. Such a quiet, tranquil place to stay.

The Cottage is beautifully decorated and has a lovely garden. It's also excellent located, cozy, very well equipped, very well kept, spacious and spotlessly clean. Liz the host is very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful and comfortable home, great for kids and adults in Edinbane

We loved our stay! The house is beautifully restored and decorated, and has everything we needed and more for a comfortable stay with our two young kids, right down to homemade shortbread. Liz popped over to say hi after we arrived and make sure we had everything we needed, and gave us great suggestions on what to do and where to eat in the area. Wonderful beds, kitchen facilities, shower, and garden area, steps from a great playground and two outstanding restaurant options, and very well located for activities across the north of Skye, from Neist Point to the Fairy Glen and other Trotternish Peninsula sights. Would 100% stay here again.
